We specialize in central A/C and cooling systems as well as heating and furnace systems. We also specialize in deep air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Our complete process ensures that the whole system is cleaned and sanitized. We use professional equipment such as a powerful negative pressure vacuum with a 3-Stage HEPA filter to make sure none of the debris is released in the living space during the cleaning. Duct Professor installed a humidifier for us and did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was one of the few jobs that I’ve hired out and was effortlessly completed. Great communication thru messages and texts. The technician showed up on time, was professional, quiet and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with this company would recommend to all!

We had our furnace replaced by Duct Professor, if you are looking for a company that comes in replaces your furnace and leaves don't call these guys. If you are looking for a person to walk you through every aspect of replacing your furnace and the best options for your home. Someone to answer all your questions no matter how trivial, these guys are the ones to call. Replacing a furnace is a big investment and I wanted someone I could rely on, with these guys I hit the jack pot. I know we will be calling them to maintain our investment. For our home it is important to be able to trust someone coming into our home and doing the best job and that they did. They were very detail oriented, made sure every thig fit just right and cleaned up after they were done , like no one was even here. We even had our water heater replaced and that along with furnace and air conditioner we are worry free knowing we have someone to rely on for all our heating and cooling needs. Call Duct Professors well worth it.

They contacted me soon after I submitted my request for a pro and they sent out a Technician the very next day. It was a quick fix and now the furnace is working! I do wish the technician had recommended things we can do to prevent another blown fuse. I hope it keeps working through the winter.

"Thank you for the review! One tip to avoid blown fuses is to make sure that the filter is clean. If the filter is not clean, then the furnace has to work extra hard to provide sufficient airflow, and this causes the fuse to blow."

Katie called me within minutes of getting my Home Advisor request and scheduled me in within an hour. Alex was professional and wore a mask and social distanced with us to repair the AC capacitor and got the unit up and running. He didn't try to upsell us and changed the part and recommended cleaning and gave me some tips. He was easy to work with, and fair priced. I have already scheduled to have him come back in the fall to do routine maintenance on our Furnace.

Overall great experience from initial consultation through installation. Alex and his team were in time, professional and knowledgable. I quoted 5 different HVAC companies in the Chicago area. Duct Professor was not the lowest price but the air conditioner was 3 levels better vs nearest competitor at a much higher rate. We ran into some obstacles but the team was able to quickly assess the situation and find the solution. In the end, system running and very satisfied. If looking to purchase and install an HVAC system at lest put Duct Professor on your short list!!
