They were really helpful in solving my issue with my dryer vent- after already having other companies come out that were unable to resolve it. I appreciated their determination to see it through and offer an affordable solution to fix it.

Alex was a professional throughout the entire process. He did a spectacular job explaining the process and cleaning all of the ducts in the house.

The vent may be clean, but they did not do a good job of resealing it at the top where it goes out of the building. We will need to buy more tape and redo it.

Alex and his assistant arrived twenty minutes early and assessed the job quickly and thoroughly. Throughout the job, they kept us apprised of their findings and their progress. They were very courteous and cleaned up nicely when completed. Great service and great value for the money.

I hired Duct Proffesor for HVAC duct cleaning and they were very thorough and knowledgeable with their work. Alex and his team took the time to explain the process to us and did a superb job cleaning the HVAC system and also replace the humidifier after they found out it was not only working but it was all moldy. They showed pictures of before and after. Everything was very clean and looked like brand new. We were extremely happy with their work and well worth it the money. Highly recommend them. Give them a try and you will not be dissapointed.

I called for a quote about duct cleaning. I received an email confirmation about an initial visit and the guy came at the scheduled time. He was very professional - opened the vents and took pictures to show me the condition of the ducts. The following day, a crew of 2 people showed up on time to clean all ducts and the furnace system. They were very professional and provided me with information about keeping the vents clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism.
