The labor crew does great work. It took me 3 weeks to get it through to these office guys that I didn’t just need plywood, I needed a BEAM replaced. Tim in the office and the rep that did the original quote assured me that the beam replacement would be $1,000 MAX on top of the original quote. Got a bill for over $7,000 on top of the original quote. Gotta love those surprises!

"Thank you for your feedback, as in any construction project of this nature the extent of damage to wood sheathing as well as rafters is not know until construction has started, upon removal of the existing roof and gutter system it was discovered that there was considerable damaged causes by a prolonged leak. 13 4'x8' sheets of roof sheathing, all fascia wood in this section, the main valley rafter and the 8-10 structural rafters connected to the main valley rafter were rotten and unusable. An additional price to to repair this damage was provided to the customer along with the option hire an outside contractor to complete this part of the project so that we could continue the project as contracted once these repairs were made. The customer hired us to do this work and the following day our framing crew worked with the roofing crew to successfully complete the project."

Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience.

I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction.

Titan Construction Enterprises Inc. from Plainfield IL has done an Outstanding Beautiful Job on our home!!! We could not be happier with the outcome of the entire project this company has done for us! They replaced the Roof on our home & shed with GAF HDZ Shingles in a beautiful Charcoal, also replaced our Soffit, Fascia and Gutters. This company also has redesigned and replaced the entire deck with TREX composite decking, and they also painted the garage, front & back door. The final outcome of the entire project is just Stunning!!! The hard working crew made sure to cover everything up for us and nicely cleaned everything up after each day of work! We Highly Highly RECOMMEND Titan Construction to anyone who's looking for a Contractor for any project around the house! Just an outstanding company who makes sure the job is done Perfect!!!! Titan did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Due to ventilation issues in my attic, much of the plywood decking had to be replaced, making for a longer and harder job than expected. Titan worked hard and fast until the job was complete and they talked me through the improved ventilation plan. They also stayed much longer than I expected to clean up debris and collect every last nail. Great job Titan!

Titan professionals helped me with building a bar in my basement rec room. It was very tricky because the couner top is stone and the wooden bar nose required precision cutting to accommodate rounded corners. They did fantastic job. They were punctual and left the place clean. I would definitely hire them again.

I don't know a huge amount about the do's and don'ts of roofing, but it appeared the crew was careful and attentive to detail; applying caulk where appropriate, etc. The crew cleaned up the yard and a waste hauler came within an hour of completion to take away the minimal amount of scrap created. The crew was on time and courteous. The sales staff and office contacts were helpful and punctual in answering questions. Without hesitation, I would hire them again.

Everything went really well. Steve was very thorough with the contract and took his time. He's very friendly! There were no hidden fees or surprises. Titan was punctual and always communicated well, which can be hard to find with contractors. Day of, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They finished in one day (we have a sizeable roof) and cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend Titan.

I recently found out that I had storm damage to my roof. I contacted my insurance company and the adjuster came out and verified the damage, providing me with what I needed to get the roof repaired. After checking around, I contracted with Titan Construction to replace the roof on my home. This company is great to work with. Start to finish was 5 stars! They were extremely professional in every way. First the owner of the company, Leszek Gurgul, came out to review what the insurance company said needed to be done. He explained in detail what they were going to do and how the job would be done. I had a number of questions which were answered clearly and succinctly. I was given a start date for the roof replacement and on that day the crew arrived on time. There were five guys sent to do the roof replacement. The guy in charge was very professional. He once again told me what they were going to do and started working promptly. They worked throughout the day taking care not to cause any damage to the area below my roof. Tarps were put down to protect flowers, shrubs and to catch the debris of the old roof. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed. When they were done, it was like they weren't ever there. My house looked great with the new roof. No garbage was left lying about. They cleaned up everything. Clearly, I would recommend Titan Construction as a quality company. I'll be recommending Titan to my friends and neighbors as a reputable company to do business with.

It went fantastic! I was told it would be about a week and a half before they could start work. It was about 5 days after the estimate when they called in the morning and said they could do it that afternoon. Derrick arrived on time and started right away. What a nice man. He did the work and then showed me pictures of the work that was done. When the roof needs replaced in a couple of years I will definitely call Titan.

Kelly in the office is great. She got everything setup for me. Everyone arrived on time and worked for two days through cold/rainy weather. The workers were very professional, friendly and made sure ask for my opinion where able (i.e. Which wood surface to show on posts - smooth or rough). They cleaned up everything when done. My only advice for improvement would be responding more attentively and quickly for estimates and quotes.

I am extremely happy with my choice. The quality of the product, warrantee and workmanship by Titan are excellent. It was easy to set up an appointment for an inspection and estimate. Lester, owner, supervisor and salesman, came to my home with samples and all the information I needed to make my choice simple and without stress. Lester is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job. Lester and his crew were punctual, thorough and hardworking. They were careful to protect my property from old roof waste and cleaned up to perfection, when they were done. They did extra repair without charge and did not ask for payment until all the work was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Titan Construction and am considering them to do my siding and windows in the near future.

Emmett came out and evaluated the entire situation in a professional and courteous way. He is an honest man and helped me to understand that the leak that occured--which I thought was going to cost me thousands to fix--will only require an $8 can of stain blocker and some paint to make things like new again.
