These guys were great. The team that came to the house to do the work were very professional, friendly, and obviously good at what they do. They were courteous and respectful of our house, had recommendations for a a better installation, listened to us and our concerns, gave us good answers, and did a great job. I wish all contractors could be this god - seriously.

Eric and Sean came out to install my Radon Mitigation system on my new home. They were punctual, knowledgeable and kind. They took time to really explain their plan and what to expect during the whole process. We wanted it to be as hidden as possible, so they took extra care to map out a plan to make that happen. Now not only is our Radon problem fixed, but you can barely notice it’s there. They were in and out in no time and left no mess behind. I had been working with another radon mitigation company. The owner seemed knowledgeable, but after coming to the house for the estimate he ghosted me. So I called Professional Radon Systems. They were wonderful to work with. They arrived at the scheduled time, told me what needed to be done, and made an appointment to do it. I’m very happy I choose Professional Radon Systems for my home remediation project. Based on my conversations with Eric (the owner) and, after seeing the detailed quote, I had confidence the company would pay attention to detail and be conscientious. I was not disappointed. Brandon and Shawn installed the system in 3.5 hours and were extremely friendly, conscientious and detailed. They made everything as aesthetic as possible (even hid the printing on the pipes against the wall) and did an exceptional job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them to others and, in fact, have already told 2 friends to call them who were already interested in a system and waiting for my installation and recommendation.

Superb. In my 66 years of life, I would only give an A + rating to a handful of vendors. Professional Radon Systems gets an A+. I did a ton of research including talking with the state of Illinois director who oversees the accreditation of radon mitigation contractors. I had 5 radon mitigation contractors provide estimates for the work needed. I had a very difficult situation. 1950 built house, slab, no basement or crawl. Red clay drain tiles are laid under the slab as HVAC ducts. These clay tiles could potentially be barriers to the radon mitigation system air flow. 4 out of the 5 contractors said 1) I had to seal these clay HVAC ducts with concrete and 2) Put in a whole new furnace and HVAC duct system through the attic before they would only guarantee a 3.9 pci/l. Total cost of the radon mitigation system and new heating system close to $20,000. Professional Radon Systems provided a 2.0 pci/l or lower guarantee for $3,900 with no changes to the HVAC system. You will probably not have this kind of situation or cost. Professional Radon Systems: 1) Was on time, 2) Finished the work in less time then was projected. 3) Friendly and highly professional. 4) Constructed a radon mitigation system that is concealed, meaning visitors don't see it, and quiet. 5) I am extremely neat. I had hand washed the attic. Some saw dust was left after their work. I could have cleaned it up in less than a minute, but I am a stickler for customer service. I asked for Professional Radon Systems to come back and clean it up. It was done within a couple of days. I had this service done in April 2017. Today, April 2019, my radon test shows 0.3 pci/l, significantly lower than the 2.0 pci/l guarantee. Everything is perfect.

Brandon and Tyler installed our Radon Mitigation System on October 22, 2018. The two of them worked very efficiently and methodically. I was surprised there was very little smell from the caulk and epoxy. Also, I was expecting a lot of dust and dirt from the boring necessary to install the pipes. Almost none. They spent about 3 and a half hours on the project, and when it was finished, it was done very neatly both inside and outside the house. They moved a few heavy file cabinets, and, at the conclusion, they put everything back in its place. These gentlemen were not only professional, but also friendly and helpful. Our basement didn't look any different after the project was complete. Now that's a surprise! Brandon told me that we should expect to pass the final radon test easily as their success ratio is above 90%. And, in the event the results did not turn out favorable, they would be back to make the necessary adjustments. Their work is totally guaranteed. What was expected to be a rather dreadful experience turned out to be a very pleasant one. It was a enjoyable working with these gentlemen as well as their owner, Eric Lewandowski, and I would recommend them and their company, Professional Radon Systems, without reservation. The company name says it all—Radon Professional Services. From my first call through completion of installing the system, everyone was extremely patient and helpful in answering my numerous questions. The owner met with us to determine the best location for installation and he came to our house while the work was being done to assure specifications were being followed. I’m eagerly awaiting to see the retest results, but not worried in the least, as this company guarantees their work.
