Doug seems to be a very honest and pragmatic guy.  He didn't oversell us on things we didn't need to replace.  He has replaced four or five of our neighbors roofs and they have all been happy.  Doug did all the roofing work himself.  He believes in having minimal staff members to ensure high quality.  He charges a very reasonable price.  The rest of the quotes we received were around $9-$10K.

The service went very, very well. He was punctual with the estimate, and didn't try to sell me a new roof, He said it would be okay for another three years or so. He told me at the beginning that it wouldn't take longer than two weeks. He came on his day off because it was going to rain, then called me the next day to let me know it was done. It didn't even take a whole day. He was there to help me and not there for himself. I would definitely recommend him to others and I will most certainly use him again.

Was a great experience. Very responsive and always knew exactly what was going on. Would highly recommend them to any one looking to have roof repairs or new roofs done.

Job was completed on time. When first called they told me they were extremely busy and he would understand if I needed to contact another company. I appreciated the fact that he had my best interest in mind. I stayed with him and he made time to do my job in a very reasonable time frame. I will definitely use them again.

I was in the process of selling my house and the buyer required that I clean the gutters as part of the sale. Well, with freezing temperatures making that an impossibility, I gave On The Top Roofing a call based on previous work and he said that he would help get this addressed. With a break in the weather coming through on a weekend, he drove down, did the job and reported the work with me being 700 miles away. The buyer was happy and once again, the price was more than reasonable with service second to none!
If you have gutters that need cleaning, give them a call - you will not be disappointed.

Checked with the providers on Angie's List and did not see anyone listed in the immediate area so I contacted a few outside my area. This was on a Saturday evening. It was very shortly thereafter that Doug contacted me and said he could take care of what I needed done.
We talked the following morning - Sunday - and he said that he could do it that morning . . . on a Sunday??? He showed up exactly as scheduled and was very professional in getting the cleaning done . . . cleaned up the ground with what he had removed from the gutters and took care of what had been bugging me since moving in.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at having work done that falls under his scope of expertise. He was very punctual, responsive and professional . . . not many people like him left doing service related business!

I called at 9:00 a.m. to get a price for gutter cleaning. It had rained the night before and water was pouring over the edge of the gutters. Since a bigger rain is being forecast for the afternoon I needed someone to come out right away. I spoke with Doug on the phone and explained my situation. He was here within the hour and the job was done by 10:15. What a relief! He also gave me an estimate on replacing a dented downspout and adding a longer downspout extension in two places. He'll be returning next week to do that job.

Prompt. Returned calls in a timely matter. Showed up at time promised.
