Matt and team were right on time, very professional and did a great job! Cleaned up really well after!

Was contacted via phone to touch base, they told me they would call me on Thursday to setup an appointment to see the work required......never called to setup the appointment

Great price 1/2 of others.two crews cut down my trees and cut down trees next door neighbors yard. You have to get an estimate from them! Done in less than 4 hours. Great clean up!

Matt was awesome.  He quickly responded to my inquiry.  I told him I needed the job done in the next few days.  Once we agreed to his totally reasonable price, his professional crew were at my house within a couple of hours.  They did a fantastic job.  I would totally use and refer this company again.

Mat of Illinois Tree Service was professional on the phone.  He quoted the job quickly and when he had the first available opening he performed the service to a very high standard. I would recommend this company to every one!

They were delayed three days due to weather. They came with a crew of about 6, a truck with a telescoping bucket and a large wood chipper.  They had a man in the trees in the back of the house trimming branches.  Another man was in the front of the house working from the bucket trimming trees.  Other men were collecting cuttings and chipping them.  Still others were cutting down the small trees.  They did extra trimming and brush collecting that was outside the scope of the contract at no extra charge.  The work took a day and a half.

They showed up right on time on the day scheduled. They also cut up a large tree into smaller pieces so I could split it for firewood. The tree had broken off in a storm While not cheap, their the price was lower than other quotes I received so it was probably more likely that I wasn't aware of current prices. One tree was massive - 43 inches at the base and the other two, while not as large were quite tall. They were very friendly and worked hard. They cleaned up the area better than I expected. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I had waited six months for another company to call me back for this job. Matt and John from Illinois Tree Service were very responsive to my call and gave a prompt estimate. They finished the job in one day and the yard was cleaned up well. Definitely would use them in the future.

Communication to get things set up was a little lacking but otherwise everything went well. The crew showed up within the promised window, knew exactly what was to be done, got to work and were done very quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards so there wasn't a big mess for us to have to clean up.

It went very well. I liked them a lot.

Excellent service, they cut down 2 very large trees and cleaned up everything when done. Would defiantly use them again.

Young gentleman walked around property with me as I described what I needed done.  He was a very nice guy but took no notes and was not prepared to give me a quote and said he would send to me in a few days and that they would not be able to perform the work for about 3 weeks which I told him I had no problem with.  I gave him my card with all my contact information and I still have not heard from him or the company. 

In summary, I was very happy with the response, very surprised that the representative didn't take at least notes to quote the job and most disappointing is I never heard from them!!!

I am not one to chase someone down for their business so I moved on and hired another company who responded accordingly, walked the property with me and gave me a quote there on the spot with a description of everything they would do.  I have it scheduled for 3 weeks from now.
