"First of all we were only out to your property 2 times, we treated you with overwhelmingly customer respect, if anyone has an attitude is you! and we absolutely do not need customers like you. If you can not tell the truth about the real story, you -- miss customer are living in a fantasy world. We have tried to render your problem as soon as possible our first service call was 11/6/17 we called Tuesday 11/7/2017 to schedule return trip for Tuesday but you declined to have us out because you miss customer had other planes, you insisted we return Friday 11/10/17 but we see you lie and deceive to make us look bad. They had installed a new furnace prior to our purchase of our house. The furnace started to have issues within two years of install. I had two other companies inspect and got two completely different reasons as to cause. At that point I decided to contact the people who installed it. Tony was who installed it and was the one who diagnosed the problem.
The problem was duct work for flue was too small. Estimate $600. The question I had was, if they installed the furnace and duct work, and it wasn't the correct size, why was I paying them to fix it. A shrug was the answer.
Without functioning heat, I reluctantly agreed. I also had them replace the humidifier filter at his recommendation.
Good news: He was exactly right, the different sized duct work fixed the problem.
Bad news: They didn't replace the humidifier filter. They just rinsed it off, but charged me for the new one.
Overall: I wouldn't use them for a new install. If you use them for service/repairs, watch them to make sure they do what they say.
"At first let me clarify the situation. You as a customer did not hire us directly for the furnace replacement witch would have cots you anywhere between $2000 and $3000. The home warranty company you use supplied the furnace with no cost to you. We installed the unit through your home warranty. The amount you paid of $700 was for modifications that your warranty company would not cover for the electric, gas line, sheet metal work and the chimney work to make the new furnace that was 33 inches tall compared to the old furnace that was 56 inches tall to work properly ans safely. As far as the humidifier concern, we washed out the humidifier scale tray, cleaned out the lime and mold build up and installed a new water filter we supplied, we have proof of this. If this was a concern at that time, We ask why you did not contact our company with your questions? It only would have taken a phone call."

This is a little thing, but I appreciated being able to read the detailed description of the work on the work order. Many times technicians barely scratch out something in code and so there's no way of knowing what was actually done.
I have to admit I was leary of this company based on a few reveiws I saw, but from my one interaction with Eagle Air, we are very satisfied with the response, service and professionalism of this company. Keep up the great job! We've had no further issues since Bryan came out.
