"Thank you for your review Jaye, I am sorry you feel that way about the issues your having. The workers were trained and experienced at doing their job. The workers there did not hit your garage at all and this comment only came up a couple of weeks later when you did not want to pay for the caulking we did for you. On the estimate it states we give a 2-year warranty. You texted us saying you are having an issue and we told you we could come to take a look but for some reason, you thought we gave you a lifetime warranty. We did ask you if you could show us where it states that we would honor it but we did not hear back from you until this review showed up. I am sorry you feel like this but we have never offered a warranty like that for concrete patching. The work was completed 5 years ago and at that time you were pleased with the work we did for you. I am sorry you feel like this now, unfortunately with our winters concrete patching does not last that long which is why we can not offer a lifetime warranty. We appreciate your feedback and if you have any questions please let us know."
