I got three estimates, one of which was a high end, dealer-recommended shop that suggested that the repair, while it looked fairly minor was actually a big deal and their estimate reflected that.  The Dent Shop was the most reasonable.  From the first phone call to the estimate to the repair and pickup it was first class service.  Reception area neat, clean and comfortable.  All staff professional and friendly.  The end product was flawless.

Made an appointment for estimate, they were quick and very courteous. I liked the price and accepted their proposal. They are busy so the appointment for the repair was a month out. They finished in the exact amount of time specified. Nice job all around can't tell where the paint was blended. The hood looks brand new without painting. I knocked them down a bit on punctuality but they were punctual, it just took a while to get it repaired because they are booked.

I went on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate. The Dent Shop was $1000 less than the dealer, which wanted to fix the large dent, on a crease on a fender, with standard body work and paint. At the dealer's price, I would have wanted to get my insurance company involved, but at the Dent Shop's price, why bother?
We scheduled for the following Monday morning. The car was finished in about 1.5 hours, but the techs saw two more dents. Without much pressure (pun about how the dents are removed intended), I decided to have those fixed too, which was another 30 minutes and $75 (included in the amount above).
The real test is the outcome: the big dent on the fender crease looks as good as new. All the others (on which even the dealer would have used paintless dent repair) are also gone without a trace.
There are not many shops left that specialize in this work. (One I used 5 years ago is gone, absorbed into a big body shop operation.) I would certainly encouraged people with similar dents to go to this shop.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Someone backed into the corner of my 2009 Lexus RX350 breaking out the driver side rear running light and doing some minor body damage in the same area. I took the vehicle to The Dent Shop for an estimate and was so impressed with the estimator, Jack (owner?), and the estimate, that I never went to another location. I also had some deep scratches on the bumper that had been there since I purchased the vehicle and they repaired and repainted the entire bumper when they fixed the running light area. I felt confident in the honesty of the people I dealt with and the integrity of the work performed. They did a good job of going over the estimate and the damages with me and later going over the repairs made. It has now been eight months since the repair, and my vehicle still looks as good as when they first completed the work. I would definitely use this shop again if needed.
