Very professional.

Everything went very well and Dave was very thorough. My only complaint is with the "thermal imaging" I purchased for an extra $125. I really saw zero value from that and nothing about the thermal scans was included in the report. I'd suggest just using him for inspection and radon testing.

Experience was excellent from beginning to end. Communication was quick and clear. Professionalism was outstanding.

If you are selling your home and the buyers request a radon test, walk don't run to your phone and call David Disnick at BRT Home Inspections & Radon Testing. We failed the first Radon test and had to have a Radon Mitigation system installed in my home. The only good thing about that is the fact that we met David Disnick for the retest. I called on Saturday and he was at my home on Sunday afternoon installing the testing equipment. David is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and utilized sophisticated equipment that is calibrated after 10 testing situations, an additional 4 times a year and independently tested at a national level once a year. David gave us his personal number and told us to contact him personally with any questions. Do not hesitate. Call David first if your buyers want a radon test. You won't regret it.

Wonderful. Dave did a fantastic job in not only thoroughly inspecting the house, but explaining everything as he did it and taking time to show me things that I'll need to be aware of as it relates to basic household upkeep. The time and patience he had was outstanding!

Dave was extremely helpful and explained the entire process as he went. As a first time home owner the process can be intense especially when you don't know what you're necessarily looking for. Dave made sure I was aware of everything he was checking for and explained how to use certain controls/ items in my house. Dave was personable , efficient and thorough. We decided to forgo the initial test, because our neighbors tested high. Scott installed the system. He was thorough, clean and communicative through the process. The test to ensure proper function was performed per guidelines and results received quickly. Would definitely use their services again if needed!

Perfect, we are repeat customers. Dave performed the inspection and was very informative and thorough. We didn't have the initial radon testing completed, as every home sold around us had his levels and needed systems, so we bypassed that process and installed it. Scott installed the unit. He was efficient, knowledgeable and clean.. He informed me of everything I needed to know as he was doing the test. The check after the system was installed was done, the unit removed in a timely manner. The inspection and radon mitigation system was installed in January, the test to evaluate performance was done in early March.

Dave was amazing! He spent four hours at the house, he went from top to bottom and checked every single door, cabinet, faucet, outlet. You name it, he checked it. Dave took a ton of pictures and gave me a full detail of all of his findings. He explains everything so you know exactly what is going on with the house you are wanting to purchase. I would hire Dave again for in a second.

DAVE WAS PUNCTUAL & EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE SETTING UP FOR RADON DETECTION. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE SAMPLE WE HAD THE RESULTS IN 24 HRS. NICE GUY!

David was awesome. He took his time and was very thorough and detailed. He talked to me about everything he was doing and seeing that wasn’t correct. David saved me tens of thousands of dollars on how great he did. I could have not had an inspection and bought a “money pit” house or paid less for an inspection and not get the quality of service David gives. I can’t say enough good things about David. If you are looking at buying a house, please call David. He cares about the customer.

Dave was punctual, professional, and very responsive. He scheduled me in right away. He answered all of my messages right away, and was early for our appointment. He followed up after the mitigation to make sure the repeat radon test was negative. Very good experience overall!
