Because it was my first time, I did not drop off my car. I showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment, so they had to fit me in between the scheduled appointments, which was fine with me, as I wanted to see how they treated customers, and how they worked in general. I found their customer service to be very good. The facility was clean. The technicians were very professional in their behavior. They diagnosed my 2002 Mercedes ML320's issues, and gave me a reasonable price for the work. They completed the work in good time, left my vehicle clean, and running very smoothly. The two young ladies working the reception desk area were very courteous and professional in their interactions with customers in person and on the phone. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the interactions with the manager and technicians. I will definitely use 59 Auto again.

Route 59 Auto is an awesome place to take any car for repairs.? They are a family owned business who really care about their customers.? They explain any necessary or suggested items that need attention without pushing you to do something that's not necessary.? They have very reasonable prices and top quality work.? One time, they forgot to charge me for the new headlight they installed.? I noticed it after paying and getting in my car, so I went back inside to let them know.? They looked at my receipt, agreed they overlooked it, but refused to let me pay for it.? What a pleasant surprise!!? All employees are super friendly and helpful!!

I was told it was my compressor after weeks of them telling me it was me not being able to determine how my A/C worked.  (I've had the car for FIVE years)  They also told me there was no leak in my A/C and the car would need a new compressor for around $1000.  They told me they looked under the car and no dye was visable.
Took car to another shop (paid another $195) to have it diagnosed and was told the compressor WAS working but there was dye showing underneath the vehicle and it was the evaporator, which is expensive to replace.  If I would have listened to 59 Auto, who obvioulsy did not look for the dye (I even saw it when my car was up on the lift), I would have paid the original $1000 PLUS another $1000 or more for the evaporator when they found it.  (if they found it). 
Very unhappy that they told me three times that it worked for them and they thought maybe it was my working the controls.  (the vehicle has an automatic climate control!)
I went to them due to thier good reviews.  Live and learn.

I purchased a used car wanted to get the car ready for upcoming winter weather. 59 Auto was a drive by for me I stop in and they were able to do a quick inspection and inform me that the car needed the following: Tune up New Battery. While car was getting service the tech notice that front driver side tire rod was bent, he performed a inspection of all the tire rods and found problems with all of the rods - He showed me the bad parts I choose to have the rods replace.

They would call me and let me know everything that they found. Their communication was great and their prices seemed very reasonable. I had the same thing fixed before and it happened again. It never happened this time, so they actually fixed what two other people tried to fix. They were great. I got my car back in a timely manner.

Route 59 Auto Repair is my number one choice for auto repair in the area. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always keep my budget in mind, never pressuring me to get non-essential or non urgent repairs. I recently took my car in when the "check engine light" came on, which they determined was a valve issue. In addition, as part of their thorough inspection, they also discovered cracked and worn drive belts, a leaking exhaust pipe and worn front and back brakes. There was no pressure to get everything fixed at once. They performed the valve replacement, the belts replacement and an oil change work in one day and my car is running great. I plan to take it back for the brakes next month, and they recommended an outside shop (Oxbo Muffler) for the exhaust pipe repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great local auto shop.

They are excellent and they are professional. I have confidence in them. Their price is standard and doesn’t seem to be higher than anyone else.

Always friendly, reasonable prices for parts and labor, they call with updates on diagnosis costs, and progress. Will use again and have recommended to others.
