I bought the big deal for $149 to repair two crawlspace cracks that I knew existed. The technician arrived promptly and surveyed the crawlspace to locate the cracks. He discovered there were actually three cracks and offered to take care of the third at essentially the same price as the big deal, which I thought was generous and agreed to proceed with fixing all three cracks. He did the work in less than an hour and showed me (via flashlight) the completed work when he was done. He also gave me some tips on lining the crawlspace for the purpose of installing a radon mitigation unit that were much appreciated. Overall, a very good experience at a fantastic price.

We are very happy with Tim's work on our basement. We called him to look at two cracks in our cinder block foundation that were obvious to us. He carefully assessed our basement and clearly explained the cause of the cracks and the suggested repair work, as well as other spots that we should also be aware of. In total, he repaired about 4-5 very long cracks in our laundry room. Tim scheduled the work to be done promptly and arrived on time and worked very hard. He took great care with our house. Frankly, we were astounded at how well he was able to keep the dust down. He even paused his work for a bit to go to a local store and rent a piece of equipment that would allow him to correctly sand down our wall to the block because he unexpectedly found that there were over five layers of paint. Clearly, it was important to him to do the job right. While we weren't yet ready to make some repairs to cracks that he noticed in other parts of the foundation, he patched those up at the close of the day and told us what to be looking for if the cracks progressed. We will definitely contact him again when we need work done in the future.

Tim was extremely promt. He was willing to answer any questions and even encouraged more questions. He did a very good repair without damaging my garden or making a mess in the garage. He also did a small tuckpointing job without any additional charge.

When half of our basement had to be gutted after a frozen water pipe several foundation cracks were exposed that showed evidence of past leaking. I was going to call the waterproofing company that I had used in other parts of the basement before, but the restoration company suggested I give the crack-attack team a call. I did and the owner came out promptly, took a look, explained the situation to me and gave me a quote plus Angies' list discount. Their quote was considerably lower than the other 2 quotes I got. That and given the high recommendation from the restoration company made me feel I should give them a try. I couldn't be happier. They worked around my schedule, came out filled all the cracks, showed me and explained to me what they did and cleaned up after they were done. The walls are still exposed and we've had some pretty heavy rainfall since they finished and no evidence of leakage. I feel comfortable putting the dry wall back up and refinishing the basement again. I would highly recommend the Crack Attack team to anyone.

Tim Kremnitzer, the owner promised me he would come back and retreat my porch. I sent him several pictures and I have been waiting. Tim Kremnitzer and his wife NO LONGER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RETURNS ANY OF MY CALLS. I PAID MR. TIM KREMNITZER CASH, HE HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY $650.00 DOLLARS. I have all the replies showing that Mr. Kremnitzer stated he would be back out to repair my porch. I wish I could send the pictures of my porches to everyone. My neighbor decided not to use Tim Kremnitzer after seeing what I'm dealing with. I know Mr. Tim Kremnitzer is not going coming back to repair my porch as he promised. I texted Mr. Tim Kremnitzer and stated (NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED & THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL)! I was told later by other license company TIM KREMNITZER over changed me by $250.00 dollars. I'm so grateful that I didn't let Mr. Tim Kremnitzer company replace any of my concrete in my back yard. I went with another company and the job is great!!! I paid much more money!!! No problems with any of the work regarding my back yard. The company who did replace all of my concrete in my back, I have referred out many times. I was told that this could be one reason Mr. Tim Kremnitzer didn't come back to repair my front porch. Since he didn't get the contract for my backyard, which was in the price range of thousands of dollars. I only paid $650.00 dollars for the front porch, which I have to repay money to have my front porch redid. THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!

Putting a home on the market - had an inspection done. Inspector noted a crack and some white dust on wall. Called Tim and explained situation to him. He was more than happy to come out a few days later for an estimate. Tim was extremely punctual (he actually got to the house before me!). He asked for the inspectors report and explained everything the inspector noted. He took the time to point out things that were minor and those that needed attention. I never felt as though he was trying to "up sell". After going through the basement - we agreed on the work to be done. The next day Tim came out with his crew (again, very punctual) and completed the job in no time. He was more than happy to accept the coupon from Angie's List. My husband and I were so impressed with the work done (and the lifetime warranty) that we are planning on having Tim come to our home and finish our crawlspace.Would recommend this company to anyone!

Tim came, assessed and completed the work within a couple hours, which is exactly what he estimated. He was on time, polite, respectful, clean and efficient. As he completed a step in the process he would tidy things up and was aware and respectful of the fact that he was in a persons residence. He was accommodating in tailoring the work so that I could replace a wall treatment without having to customize the wall treatment around the portals that are required to perform the work. We talked about his and the company's background and he seems to have a lot of experience in the field. We have had only one serious rain since the work has been completed, and no water. So overall I'm very happy with everything that was done. Solid.

Tim came out (the company gives free estimates) and did a thorough investigation for foundation repair work and quoted a very fair and reasonable price. The project was done on the day I requested in the following week. Tim and Jason did the work. They were very knowledgeable and the execution of the work was excellent. I am having my lower level family room remodeled. The drywall was removed and behind the drywall is my foundation. I noticed a crack and I called Tim on Friday morning and he came out Friday afternoon to fix the crack. I was at work and had contractors working on my home and Tim had access to my house. Everything looks great. Tim even followed up with a phone call in the evening to ensure I got the paperwork that he had left and to check to see if everything looked good to me. Tim, the owner came out at the appointed time. Walked thru and told us exactly what needed to be done. We needed more work than what was covered on the Angie's List coupon. Tim completed the first part that very day then made sure we understood what he had done and why. Because he needed different equipment, we then set an appointment for him to come back the following week to do the balance of the work. He showed up on time. He is the most professional worker we have ever had in our home. He insisted on wearing shoe covers at all times and cleaned up so there was nothing left for us to clean up. When Tim looked closer at part of the job that he had estimated he realized that the work was unnessary. He made sure to show us where and explain why it was unnessary. Then took about a third off of the bill. We were very impressed because we would not have known the difference. Overall, Tim is very professional, honest and a hard working small business owner. We would highly recommend Crack Attack Team to anyone.

He told me he would be here between nine and ten. He arrived around eight fifty-five, he then explained to me in detail what he was going to do. He answered all my questions. There was never any mess. His work was very satisfactory.

We had initially contacted the company on a Saturday night to come fix a leak in our basement and Tim (the owner) came within 20 minutes. He was very through in explaining what the problem was and offered multiple solutions and estimates from the more inexpensive option (seal the leaky portion) to the more expensive inner drain tile option. We went with the inner drain tile as it was a more appropriate solution for our overall problem, but there was never any pressure in going with that option. Tim was very professional and responsive to all of our questions. He answered phone calls/email and even came to our house multiple times to talk to us face to face about the different issues we were facing. He worked with our schedules as well. Once we decided to go ahead with the job, he started within days and finished the whole thing in 3 and 1/2 days. He worked alongside his crew (about 6 people) to make sure everything was done right. He covered all of our stuff (did I mention we have a finished/fully furnished basement?) to minimize dust, because breaking concrete creates a lot of dust. They finished as promised and cleaned up after themselves. Tim was also very responsive even after the work was done. He even came back about a week later to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is unbelievable, and so is the work they do!
