Steam Green Carpet Cleaning

I am glad I found him on Angies List. He will answer any qustion you have. I am going to call him this spring. The cleaner that he used was not overpowering. A nice clean smell.

They did a great job and got all the stains out. They were really professional and thorough. They offered some helpful tips about how to maintain the carpeting. I wasn?t here at the time they were here but my husband was - I don?t know how punctual they were. They were recommended on Angie?s List. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

When I called I was able to set up an appointment just days later, plus on a Saturday when we could be home. I received a confirmation call the evening before, plus a call that morning with an estimated time of arrival. The two techs, Lane and Chris were very professional and quick. Our carpets look very good for what they had to work with. They also pointed out the problem areas that did not come completly clean. They looked much better than I even anticipated. We were very pleased. They dried quickly and smelled so much better. We had a problem with our de-humidifier overflowing that morning and Lane and Chris were kind enough to use their equipment to help get the extra water out from the laminate flooring downstairs. That helped so much. I also would like to mention that the price of Steam Green was $57.00 less than the leading competitor that I have used in the past. I gave them a try and would call them again.

This was our first experience with carpet cleaning, and we were quite satisfied with the job done by Stream Green and would most certainly use them again. Kodie and his partner (sorry, I've forgotten his name) were highly professional, competent, honest, and respectful of our furniture (and dog :). They did a very good job cleaning our carpets. (They also cleaned our dining room chairs and did a good job at that as well.) Most all of the stains came out and the carpets look very good. We also had the carpets treated with a protector. I'm not sure this was worth it. Only time will tell, I guess.

Well. Nice person who did a very good job

After having some rennovation work completed, our furniture needed to have the dust and probably dirt removed. After being environmentally consciously cleaned, the chairs looked like they did when I bought them! I was very pleased with the owner and his green approach to the service he provides. So much so that I booked him for the family room furniture the following week!

Kodie was reliable, responsible, and helpful in the type of service I needed. The price for the quality of the job was very reasonable. He was careful with our things and the carpets turned out beautifully! Not only that, it smelled really good and I felt comfortable knowing that the products were not harmful.

Squeezed me in one afternoon, but ended up being 4 hours late due to other appointments running over. He did offer to reschedule for another day, but I wasn't doing anything else that evening. I preferred the environmental focus that he had. Definitely saw lots of dirt coming off the furniture. It would be nice if their prices were the same as other steam clean companies, but I understand the materials cost more than traditional cleaning styles.

Kodie was very professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and green cleaning products. The carpet dried faster than I anticipated. My dog did not react to the chemicals the way he has in the past when the other guys cleaned. I will be calling Steam Green again.
