Great, we were initially told it would be later this fall before the work could be completed but due to a cancellation they were able to fit us right in. The work was top notch and made a noticeable difference in the house. The employees were professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. Mr. Townsend met with us before, during and after the work was complete. We would like to look at finishing the basement and waterproofing in the future and will definitely call them to do the work.

Mr. Townsend contacted me in a timely manner and adjusted his schedule to meet the tight time constraints we are under with our purchase contract. He examined the exterior and interior of the basement and went through exactly what would need to be done. He was a pleasure to work with and if we are able to reach an agreement on the home we will be contacting him to do the work.

They did everything with in the time frame they said with the exception of a few rainy days. They also replaced the sump pump and reconnected the sewer line. They also leveled the ground. They did all of the extra things even though they would not in the contract and wouldn't take no for an answer. They have been in business for 38+ years. They are great people to work with!
