"I can say that I do not recognize the name or information. As I type this Friday morning I am getting ready to do the estimates from customers that made the request yesterday. We as a company come out the same day or the very next day to do estimates so if I didn't respond especially to a big project like this there must've been some sort of error made. If you do not contact our company directly and make the request through a third-party (yelp) sometimes the filters don't allow the information to get to us. Sounds like a nice job I wish we would've talked."

"In the age of the Internet sometimes communication becomes an issue. The estimator could not locate the residence based on the information way obtained when we got the request. It is our goal to meet scheduled appointments and give customers service that is second to none. I wish we could have another shot however at this point I am sure the job is done. I can not speak about the price difference as I was not involved but should note that would be a first if we were 35% higher. We are typically in the middle or lower end of most estimates."

"There was a hail storm April 12th that went from Huntley to Palatine. Our main office is in Palatine and I live in Huntley. We have been overwhelmed with the amount of people that want us to look at there roof for damage. If there is damage we then have to meet with the insurance company which is a very lengthy meeting-which is happening daily. This has made it so that we can not travel to areas further away that we historically do. I am honest with every person that calls or emails in a request. 99% of the people that hear this understand. We cannot give the usual service we do and try to recommend someone in the area that can help. Not sure how this would prompt a homeowner to give us all F's. I think that there was a language barrier and they did not understand this."
