They were very knowledgeable and they also have a good turnaround time.

Bill responded quickly and arrived on time he was friendly and personable and seemed competent. I ordered and paid for a table pad and leaf storage bags. Bill said it would arrive in two weeks. As he was leaving I asked again and he said two to three weeks. At four weeks I left a message asking why I had not received the table pad. Bill called back the next day and said he had checked and that it would arrive that Friday or the following Monday. It did not. I left another message but did not receive a response and still have not heard from Bill although, at six weeks the table pad did arrive and is what I ordered. Bill mentioned that he would be on vacation at the two to three week promised arrival. I assume he is not still on vacation at six weeks and beyond but must have written me off as a customer and does not care to respond. I would not use him again assuming he is still in business and cannot recommend him to others.

Bill was very helpful in explaining the different qualities of various pads and suggested a pad that would best complement our furniture. I followed his advice and was very pleased with the result. He even showed me how to best operate the automatic leaf in the middle of the table and how to protect the wood from scratches.

My experience was fabulous. Bill returned my phone call promptly and we set up a meeting at my house. I was calling during the busy season-at the end of October right before the holiday season. He was able to get my order in right away and I had my pads in time for Thanksgiving. I was pleased to find out that they also do special orders for tablecloths because I have a very large dining table. When one of the boxes arrived it had been smashed in by UPS. Also, the color was slightly off on one of the pads. Bill came out right away to look at the pads and had replacements sent directly to me at no charge. Bill is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The prices are reasonable, and the service is terrific. The product looks great-he was very helpful in choosing the right color. The tablecloth is also very nice. It still looks nice after repeated use and washings.

Great experience. I give them all A's. They came out with very personal service, which was the biggest part of everything. The turnaround time was good. The product came sooner than they thought. I would use them again.

Bill came out to the house to measure and estimate costs. Although he is based out of the northern suburbs, he had no issues coming to the western burbs. He arrived on time and was very polite & friendly. He presented my options thoroughly and provided advice on color matching. He also explained the order & delivery process. I realized after I had placed my order that I was going to be out of town during the approximate date of delivery. I called Bill to explain the situation and he was able to quickly get in touch with the shipping company and delay the delivery until I returned. It was a great relief. They arrived soon after my return and they are very beautiful, top-quality product, just as Bill promised!

They were fine. He came promptly, measured the table, showed us examples, we picked what we wanted, wrote a check, and they came less than 2 weeks later.

HE WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, MINDFUL OF OUR BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS, AND NOT OVERBEARING AT ALL (LIKE SOME OTHERS IN THIS INDUSTRY). HE WAS THE 3RD PERSON WE'D HAD COME OUT TO OUR HOME TO DO A QUOTE, AND WE GAVE OUR BUSINESS TO HIM BECAUSE OF HIS REASONABLY PRICED PRODUCT AND HELPFULNESS. OUR PADS ARRIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS (EARLIER THAN EXPECTED) AND THEY ARE PERFECT. BOB WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND HAPPY TO WORK WITHIN OUR BUDGET CONSTRAINTS RATHER THAN ''SELL UP''.
