 + -1 moreI went back for additional work because they were opened early, price was reasonable used aarp or Angie's discount. Checked they brakes before I had to go t work. My normal mechanic doesn't open til 8 and no one around on Saturday. This is now my new mechanic
Description of Work: Even though they did not have mechanics on staff on Saturday, they were able to determine that my break fluid was low.

Description of Work: They're the regular people that we normally use. I use them every week. I have a vehicle there now. They've done minor repairs on one of my cars. We got like 10 vehicles so things are going all the time.

 + -1 moreAll went fine, I dropped the SUV off in the morning and it was ready to pick up early in the afternoon. No problems at all and the annoying screeching noise (not the brake wear indicators) was gone :-) My experience with Jand S is that they do not do more than is necessary, they will not do stuff that is not necessary just to increase the bill :-)
Description of Work: Change oil (synthetic), repair screeching noise from front wheel area, tyre rotation and repair leaking tyre.

 + -1 moreI have been taking one of my car and my wife's to them for many years. They do exactly what they are supposed to and do not do anything at their own choice as some dealer mechanics do. They always inform us on what are needed on what they find. They always inform us on what is going on. And they recommend any future repair suggestions, but have never put pressures. Price is right.

 + -1 moreWork was completed as promised, in a professional manner, for slightly less than the estimate. Nothing more to say. They only do what is necessary. We have traded here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.
Description of Work: Vehicle has 95,000+ miles and John & Scott's have kept it in top-notch condition, since new. On this visit they replaced the oil pan gasket; flushed and refilled the cooling system; and lube, oil, filter.

 + -1 moreIt is part of their agreement. You sign once and as long as you own the car for every 3000 miles or in 3 months whichever comes first you get the filter chage with no additional charge. It is a onetime deal. I always go there.
Description of Work: Between myself, my wife and 2 children we have 4 vehicles and we consistently take them to John & Scotts Automotive Rpr. only. Last Friday was the last time I had taken a car there for the traditional 3000 mile filter change.

The service is always provided in a timely ; only required repairs are recommended. Prices are very reasonable and service is first-rate. We've used John & Scott's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed or felt taken advantage of.
