I'd give them A's across the board.? I've had them actually 8 years ago install both my furnaces and the air conditioners and they did an excellent job. I absolutely would use them again.? They installed my neighbor's air conditioner.? I feel very confident to use them..

They come out twice a year. They came out for the air conditioner and the heater. It's annual service call. It's maintenance. They do it annually. When we first bought our system from them, I put a review on Angie's list but I do not do it every time they come out for maintenance. it's just one person to come and complete the work. The worker is there no more than an hour. They are clean. They installed the system, so they know it, so I have them come back and service it.

I'm not sure on the charge. We have an annual agreement thing. I'm not sure.

I have no idea what they charge me for it.Just one person comes out to complete the service. It doesn't take him no more than an hour. The area is very clean when they leave. They installed the system. They know it, so I have them come back and service it.

Professional inspection of old unit, options explained fully, times and dates kept as promised. Neat and competent installation. Very satisfied.

It went very well, I found out that it needed a small part and a short amount of time to repair for a very fair price.

Installation was completed in a professional manner. Installer (Issac) did a great job keeping me informed as he went through the installation process. Everything was clean when he arrived and clean when he left.

The sales process was a great experience. Bill and the Five Star Team were easy to work with during the process. They understood both my short and long term objectives for the replacement of the AC. Bill provided a number of options which helped me make my decision.

I did have 5 estimates from a number of AC contractors; Five Star stood out because they did not try to over sell me and they understood my requirements.

The installers were fantastic. They took precautions to protect our floors and carpeting. Showed up when they said they wood, finished the installation on time, then cleaned and hauled away the old equipment as if they were never here. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. Every wire, drain and exhaust line were organized neatly and installed in such a way not interfering with any other existing equipment. They were highly trained professionals!
