I called Paul and told him about the quote I recvd from the Kia dealership. He asked what I needed done and how much was their quote. He said he could do the same work for a lot less. He ordered the parts and within a few days was able to get it in and do the work for a fraction of the Kia dealership quoted price. Love it!

I called him from work because my car was making a noise in the front end. He said to bring it by in a few days and he could look at it. I dropped it off that morning and by lunch time it was done.

I desperately called Class Automotive (closest repair ship to me) after one back wheel started squealing/shrieking/locking up (without even braking). This occurred after fruitlessly trying to get the problem of a hot tire diagnosed/fixed at 2 previous auto repair places (including where I had new rear brakes installed 2mos prior). I'm not 100% sure I remember who answered (I think John?), but he told me to just bring it over and he'd take a look at it right away. 10 minutes later, the car was up on the lift and I finally had a sensible diagnosis: bad calipers. He also pointed out something that the previous place had neglected to do during the previous brake job
and recommended that I take it back there and request that it be completed, though he could do it for me if I wanted.(i.e., he didn't just say, and quot;oh, you need this tooand quot; and fish for money; rather he informed me of the best way for me to resolve the issue.) He had to order the parts, but it was finished by the following day. I had several other repairs done there and was always pleased with the work/price/honesty.
