Louise contacted us again in spring of 2013 and she said this time sales were picking up. She liked the changes we made and said they may not bring us extra money but would help sell the house. She had us price it aggressively and used a professional photographer for photos of the house and rooms.
When it appeared we would get multiple offers, she talked us into not taking the first offer but accept all offers until a specific date, which brought in a large number of lookers. In the end, we had 7 offers and we picked the best one. She returned calls quickly and answered all questions, no matter how silly they may have sounded.
She also helped us considerably when the realtor in the town we were buying our new home turned out to be a poor realtor. Louise helped by directing us as to what to do, and who to ask for help. She held our hands through the entire process. She is VERY organized and always on time when deadlines are approaching.
I would not hesitate to use Louise again for selling or buying a house.
