Description of Work: My washer drum wasn't spinning due to a broke part. I asked if it was worth it to fix it or just get a new washer and was told that the machine was really reliable (second hand from my mother-in-law) and that as long as I didn't overload it it should hang in there for me. Service was pleasant, prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Tried contacting company by email for a rush emergency repair. 6 days later, the company has still not responded.

Description of Work: I called because my refridgerator wasn't getting cold. They responded within hours, exactly when they said they would. The serviceman was very professional, courteous, and kind. He had to pull the refridgerator apart to fix it. The blade had stopped spinning due to ice. I was very impressed and felt he did an excellent job and I paid very fairly. Thank you to Brad.

Description of Work: Fantastic top to bottom. They origianlly came by and repaired the diswasher but becasuse it was poorly built the problem was not resolved. However they came back out, free of charge, to do additional minor tweaks. The diswaher again stopped working and I was anticipating having to purchase a new dishwasher. However the service tech suggested a part replacement. He replaced the part without charging for installation. Its back up and running with out a glitch! They stand by there work and are a fantastic small business. Brent

Description of Work: Replaced a part in my Amana kitchen range that apprently had been defective from the factory - and no one else was able to identify the problem. Arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently and pleasantly, and charged a reasonable fee. We definitely recommend him for appliance repair.

Description of Work: Our Maytag Washer threw out some smoke; we called Jim. He came out; performed a thorough inspection; everything looked good. he ran it a couple of times. No further work was needed. He advised to call him again if we had problems and he would come without the $59 service charge if the same problem happened.
