I asked Jim to install a new Ecobee thermostat with a C wire (small job, no hurry). Jim was able to fit me in his busy schedule and was prompt to reply to my emails. Kept his business cards to pass on to my family.

They were very prompt and courteous...would have done a more complete job (pulling out dryer from closed area) but I was in a hurry to attend a funeral & unable to move the pantry shelf that would have been in their way. I should have called to change appt. but once I was on their schedule, thought it unfair to them.

Installed an Ecobee thermostat. Not an easy install due to having to bypass the furnace circuit board. AFter install the wiring was off and the compressor unit was not triggering on. Jim returned within 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Small family business that is working hard and providing personal service not always found with the big guys.

I needed to have a dryer vent cleaning for my move. Company was very responsive and affordable. They were at my home by end of the day and did a great job. They were courteous and professional.

My furnace went out on Sunday morning. The house temp went down to 53 degrees. Jim came out within 30 minutes and had it up and running in less than an hour. GREAT customer service and VERY reasonable especially on a Sunday!! Highly recommend this guy!

Jim was fair and honest. I first hired him in October to service my furnace. The previous winter, I had three furnace people come out who never solved the problem. They would check the furnace and say they could not find any problems. The furnace would work for one day and then start cutting off again. I called them back and they never returned my calls. I then went on you tube and replaced the limit switch and pressure switch myself. That was in March and furnace worked for the remainder of the winter season.. At the beginning of this season, I didn't want to go through this problem again so I called Jim. He explained how he could not find what had been making the furnace cut off but he didn't want to recommend right off the bat that I needed a new furnace. He then took my furnace completely apart, addressed the error codes such as cleaning out the drain and a ground fault issue. My furnace worked perfectly then. Jim called me every other week just to check on the furnace. We agreed that if it started malfunctioning again, I should get a new furnace. Well, after two months, I awakened to a freezing house and observed that the furnace had cut off during the night. I called Jim and he came the same week and installed a new furnace. I have great heat now. I really appreciate Jim for being such a fair and honest person. I didn't feel that he was trying to deceive me or pad my bill for his gain. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends
