West Suburban Garage Doors

I needed to replace both my garage doors due to dents and rust.  I checked Angie's list and found West Suburban Garage Doors.  I called and set up a appointment for a quote.  Will, the company president, showed up right on time and gave me a good price.  We set up the service for the following Tuesday at 930 to 1000.  I waited on Tuesday until 1015, no one called or showed up so I gave Will a call.  He got in touch with his crew and rescheduled for the following day due to another job taking longer.  The next day his guy showed up early and completed the job to very high standards.  Overall very good service I just wish I got a call telling me they needed to reschedule.  I shouldn't have had to call them to figure out why no one showed up at the agreed time.

See above.  I was very pleased.  I would hire this company again in a minute, though I don't think I'm going to need a new garage door for a long time.

UPDATE as of October 2012:   The company president promised me that the door was guaranteed against malfunctions, and he was as good as his word -- actually better.  My garage door got stuck shut one day, and they sent someone to fix it within hours.  I think the guy was named Kurt (hope I got this right!), and he was great.  We never did figure out why the door got stuck, but it's working very well now, and the fix didn't cost me anything.  This is a good company.

They were very good. Overall the job was very nice. They came in about an hour after I called them and it was completed within a couple of hours. It was great. We would use their services again in the future.
