"[member name removed] we explained everything to you.Previous Ac contractor didn't fix and we came I'm and fixed leaks.Your Blower Motor Went Bad As Explained Due to lack of proper return air.We informed you of all options and pricing.This also is why coil kept freezing up this is a error from builder and his contractor.We stated blower could be replaced but would go bad again from lack of proper air.You then informed us you wanted a second opinion which we understood.We did no wrong and tried to help you anyway we could.We were not going to charge for motor but to upgrade your Return Air Vents.Once.you.wanted another opinion you took this option off the table.We also made it easy for next contractor.You admitted to Original Builders and contractors doing a bad job.Please be fair to us on project because work we were hired for we completed properly and your Ac lineset is new and not leaking anymore.Thank you"
