THIS COMPANY WAS SO PROMPT IN SERVICING US. FOR THE EMERGENCY CALL THAT WE PLACED, THEY CAME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY PROMISED. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME OPTIONS ON WHAT I MAY NEED TO DO FURTHER--SUCH AS FIX A FAULTY WIRE.

WHILE WORKING ON A SECOND FLOOR FURNACE, THE TECH CAUSED A BLOCKAGE THAT CAUSED A LEAK WHICH DESTROYED OUR CEILING. THEY WERE ABLE TO RETURN AND CORRECT THE PRIMARY MISTAKE, BUT THEN WANTED TO BILL US FOR FIXING THEIR OWN ERROR. AT ANOTHER POINT, THEY HAD INSTALLED A HUMIDIFIER, AND WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO EXPLAIN SOME FUNCTIONS THEY DIDNT TELL US ABOUT DURING THE INITIAL SERVICE, THEY TRIED TO BILL US FOR A SECOND SERVICE CALL.

HE WAS COURTEOUS AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: CENTRAL AIR NOT WORKING. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED SAME DAY CALLED. HE REPLACED FILTER, EDUCATED US ON HOW THE UNIT WORKED AND SUGGESTED WE HAVE GUTTERS CLEARED TO INSURE NO FUTURE PROBLEMS.
