We have an emergency line that we answer on nights and weekends. We focus on Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Berwyn, Elmwood Park, Riverside and the north-side of Chicago.

"We charge a little more to rod a main sewer because we use the largest sewer rod made and it takes two guys to run it. The bigger the machine the more power and the better it cleans your line. Thank you for using our services."

"Every once in a while we come across parts that are no longer available because of the age of the faucet. We do have a few contacts that can make parts that take a little longer or we can possibly make them. Most other plumbing companies will tell you that you need a new faucet and that can cost a lot more. I am happy we were able to get you your part. "I do come across this issue with price once in awhile. What I tell people is that you pay for our experience, professionalism and ability to get it right the first time. We guarantee our work and use the best quality products available because we don't want the problem reoccurring a few years after we fix it. Some other plumbers will fix problems with cheaper parts and use the excuse that it's job security. We don't buy into that philosophy because if I were on the other side of the situation I would want a repair/ product to last as long as possible. Thank you for the business, we appreciate it. "[Member Name Removed], when you called about your disposal I told you it was a possibility that you would need a new disposal and the model we install would be a flat rate of $545.00. You then set up an appointment with us for a Wednesday.We came out on Wednesday and my plumber showed you what was wrong with your disposal and told you that you needed a new one. Again, he told you what the price would be $545.00 installed. You told him you were on Angie's list so you would get the disposal installed at that price less 5%. the total the was told to you was $517.00. You told my plumber to do it. He then installed the unit and after the fact you had a problem with the price. You saw a similar model of the same disposal on-line and thought that was the one we put in your house and the retail price was $220.00. The disposals we get are a better grade than the ones you can buy on-line or at the big box store. I emailed all of this information back to you after I heard from my plumber and the email you sent me. In the email I asked you that if you still had a problem to call the office or email me, but you did not respond. We have over 3,600 clients in the OPRF area alone and have grown at a constant rate over the last 22 years and I appreciate all of our clients business and my clients themselves because I live in the area and see them on a regular basis. In conclusion, you were told the price twice, ok'd the price and complained about the price after the work was done. I try to make everyone happy but I guess the old saying is true, "You can't make everyone happy." Good luck in the future. Thank you, Chris P"
