Bump City did a terrific job from start to finish. After minor surgery I was unable to drive, so Bump City arranged to pick up my 2005 Camry (I live 1.5 miles away) to repair damage to the driver's side of the car following a winter accident. They carefully repaired both the front and back doors, the left fender and all the detailing. When they were finished, everything was in excellent condition mechanically and the car looked great inside and out. I couldn't see the tiniest dent or scratch from the accident, and the paint/finish was restored beautifully. In fact, in 50 years of driving this is far and away the best body work I've seen.
Communicating with Bump City was a breeze-- they are friendly, conscientious and thoroughly professional. They did an impressive job of handling the insurance and keeping me informed by phone and email throughout the process. Highly recommended!

We were satisfied with the results of the bumper. We pray that we won't need them again, however, we would if we have to.

It went well. Their pricing was competitive, and they completed the job on time.

The only issue was that there is a rubber skirt along the bottom of our car which they had to take off to replace the bumper. When they reinstalled it, it was not where it was supposed to be. I feel like if we would have caught it at the time, we could have taken it back and they would have corrected at no charge. Other than that, they were fine. They did a nice job replacing the hood as well.

Their operation was clean, efficient, professional. And they were helpful and personal. In the future, I would go there first, with confidence.

Bump City had an agreement with my insurance company that enabled me to expedite the repair. Took in SUV the same day I talked to them, received an estimate, and work was to start the following day. Unfortunately the replacement door panel they received was damaged, so the car was in the shop 2+ days more than estimated. I was called and informed about the delay immediately. The work was excellent, the service was great. They really do a good job.

This not the first time we have used Bump City Auto Body. They have also repaired our Honda Accord. This small company is a pleasure to do business with. When I brought our car to Bump City, Brian looked the car over very carefully and was very thorough in his estimate. He asked if I needed help with obtaining a rental car, and did I need transportation home. He was honest about the availability and timeliness of the parts he needed to order. The shop itself is very clean and well organized. He called us several times with progress reports and updates during the repair. The workmanship is outstanding. The car looks and feels brand new again. The guarantee their workmanship for life. I would not use anyone else for auto body repair.
