TRACY NAIL SALON

I came into this salon because my standard salon was closed and I was traveling the next day.  I came in for a no chip manicure and pedicure.  The lady that handled my pedicure did not perform the best service but I was ok with the service.  However, the man that did my no-chip manicure was not only unprofessional trying to watch the television behind him during my service.  But he painted my nails multiple times because he kept messing up one or two nails.  I was in the salon much longer than necessary and the job he did was very disappointing.  A no-chip should last two weeks.  This service began chipping in two days and by the fifth day was completely peeling.  I have been getting no-chip manicures for two years and have never had this happen.  Not to mention the lady that did my manicure insisted, very rudely that I needed my eyebrows waxed.  I watched her do a service on someone and it did not appear sanitary but the way she insisted recruiting her colleagues, I was very upset.  I will not return to this salon and sadly its closer to my home than the one I do go to.
