Thought we had a big problem. Josh fixed the seal on the shower and nothing else needed to be done. No burst pipe was causing it to rain in the kitchen from the upstairs bathroom

They did a great job. They were excellent.

Wayne & Todd have been keeping our main line clear of tree roots for over a decade, and we get some pretty nasty maple tree roots. Amazingly inexpensive and quick. So today when our kitchen sink finally completely quit draining and even though it was a Saturday we called them up. Todd said he was finishing up a job and would be to us in about 2 hours or less, guestimate for kitchen drain he said $125 - $155. After he got into it he was done in about an hour, and the price was well within the predicted range. He ran 30 feet of snake from our kitchen sink to make sure there was nothing left between it and the main line. When he reassembled the drain he did several "full sink" tests to be certain that it was not only draining well but that the seals on the trap were not leaking. I can tell you I don't think that drain was running that well when we bought the house! (32 years ago). It sounded like there was something in there sucking the water out. (The sound actually caught our cat off guard - she had to investigate - LOL). If you have any plumbing needs, do not hesitate to call these guys. They are a small business working their tails off to keep you happy with quality work at reasonable prices, for any plumbing job. Oh, and they do sump pump installs, and backup systems too.

They were friendly, neat and reasonably priced. They did a wonderful job.

I had called them on a Friday and they were out the next morning and didn't charge me the weekend rate.

Things went very well and it did not take long for the service person that came to my home to assess and confirm what was discussed on the phone and if i recall correctly another issue was found and resolved while staying within the price range I had recieved at my initial conversation. I am very pleased .

It was a sewer cleanage. It was like a rooter router, where they clean out from the front yard to the street. Where the sewer runs out into the street. For the past 15 years I give them all A's.

They're good. They are excellent. I have been using them for 15 years now. They're local, they're real good, they're very prompt, they're family owned, they live in Oak Forrest, they're just really good. Good people to do business with. I own a house in Oak Forrest, and I rent it out. That's why I use different people, because I want to keep the house up. Make sure the plumbing is right, make sure the heating and air conditioner is good. Although I could probably do it my self, I opt not to, just because of time. So that's why I use them, and people like them. That's why I use their services. At the rent house the lady called and said that in the laundry room, the sink next to the washing machine wasn't going down, it was clogging up. So I sent the plumber out there to take care of it. They're remarkable. Anytime you need something done, and you call someone, and they tell you they are going to out at a certain time, and they're prompt, if they do it in a timely fashion, if their polite, if they do their work right, and they give you quality work. All the way around the board Simon Plumbing is remarkable people really, and I don't even know them know them, but I know them because I have been using them for 15 years. They are my go to call if something happens plumbing wise.

It went very, very well. I called on a Saturday, and he came out the same day. They came out to my house even after they had closed for the day, which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was good too.

The company that I would recommend is Simon Plumbing & Sewer Services. He is really, really good. He saved me  from a high water bill. He found out what was wrong. I want to call him back again. I even recommended him to people. I told him to get on Angie's List so he could have more service. He was real good, Simon is good! He was excellent for plumbing. I would use him again in future. I see some other things happening and I am going to call him when I get back home. I am not at home right now but I intend to call him.

I sent a message to the company via Angie's List and then I called because my toilet wasn't flushing and it would gurgle each time I used the dishwasher or used the washing machine.  I'd moved into the house just three weeks prior.  
When he called me back and I told him the problem, he said the trucks were out on other jobs, but as soon as one came in he'd come to fix the problem.  A couple of hours later he arrived, was told of the problem and in another hour, the problem was fixed.
He was very polite and professional at the same time.  He made recommendations that I plan to follow and I will definitely use him again.

A two man crew showed up within the time frame given. They spread a large tarp over my floor upon which they placed their equipment. It took 65 feet of line to clear the pipes. We have used this company since 1992 and recommend them to our friends.
