I hired PACC Solutions to repair the hail damage to my roof and gutter. From start to finish I am impressed with the professionalism of their employees and systems. To mention a few, Daniel worked with me and my insurance company with the estimate and approval with the adjuster. We had several issues, they only wanted to cover 50% of the cost. Daniel & I both persisted, Daniel went up on my roof, took pictures, created the damage report and sent a professional done report of the damage not covered. After 6 weeks of follow-up we got 100% of the roof, gutters and downspouts covered! I am very happy to have PACC Solutions represent me, Daniel went above and beyond. Mike was my Project Manager, he too did a great job communicating with me, answering questions and scheduling the contractors. The work was completed as scheduled and with quality workmanship. Several sheets of plywood were water damages and were replaced. I had a couple problem areas that I discussed with the roofing contractor, he installed both step flashing and a water diverter flashing to insure my roof would not leak. The gutter contractor also did quality work the following day to complete the project. I highly recommend PACC Solutions, a quality contractor.

PACC Solutions was very professional and worked my insurance carrier so we received a new roof after a hail storm. They fought hard to get a full replacement from our insurance and not a budget conscious roof the carrier wanted to pay for.

Overall roof final project acceptable. Some concerns along the way regarding damage to existing gutters but it was addressed by replacement or credit.

PACC Solutions were essential in getting all the work approved by our insurance company. The installation of the roof and siding was done with professionalism. Scheduling communication could have been better and the whole process was longer than I had envisioned. At the end of the day, we were very happy with the finished product.

Overall a very good experience with PACC solutions. They did a great job working with the insurance company to ensure everything was properly approved, which was a huge value add. We ran into a few hiccups with the execution of work by the contractors, but with close management they ultimately corrected the issues and delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with our finished project and despite the hiccups, would use them again.

PACC was very diligent working with us and ensuring that our insurance company assessed our roof damage appropriately and as a result, we were able to get our roof replaced as needed. They did a good job communicating throughout the process keeping us in the loop the entire time. While they were able to replace our roof and do it well, there was one issue that arose during and post-project which caused a little concern. It took a little over a month to resolve but fortunately, they continued to work with us and we resolved everything satisfactorily. We will absolutely consider using them for other remodel projects around our house.
