It is always the result that matters most. And I have a 5 star roof, gutter, and window facia result to brag about with the neighbors. There were a couple of twists and turns to arrive at the outcome, but ultimately those glitches wound up with a crew of real craftsmen coming out to cross the finish line. The roof itself was a remarkably fast, well-executed project and I can tell it was well done. Replacing anything else metal on a home is always custom and so what you want is a contractor that is committed to making a customer happy with the outcome and has crews that can do the work. That's PACC. As with any contractor, just come to an understanding about standards and materials up front. I would recommend this company based on my house today.

I recently had PACC solutions replace my roof and gutters. They did an excellent job. My roof looks great and my gutters are nice and straight. I have not had any issues of leaking. I appreciate their great work.

I appreciated that they were there when they were supposed to be, also they were careful of my property, they worked safe, they were very respectful and responsible when it was time to clean up garbage and nails so no one would get hurt.

The job was great

PACC solutions went above and beyond! We would have never been able to get a full replacement of our cedar shake roof without them. We just had to sign and they did all the hard stuff. They battled with our insurance for about a year to get us the full replacement. Initially insurance offered about 1/6 of what we ended up getting. We wouldn’t have known that we shouldn’t except. Anyway, they did amazing. The roof looks fantastic! They were great to work with answering every concern or issue. If they tell you that you will get a roof replacement, believe them. They don’t take everyone. My neighbor was turned down because they didn’t think he would get one. Don’t hesitate like we did. I can’t believe we got a whole new cedar roof and gutters! They are fantastic!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They had a PM that managed the project and supported our insurance interactions as well. Would work with them again. The quality of install was fantastic too.

First of all, the service was top notch! From the estimator coming to inspect the roof, to the man behind scenes dealing with the insurance claim, the project manager, and the people who performed the work! It was a great experience working with PACC! They were on top of their game and everything about the whole process happened in a timely fashion! They were easy to get ahold of and very informative as things continued to be handled throughout the claim and the project. My grandma had used them for her roofing and said they made things very easy, so I figured I would give them a shot, and Iâ m glad I did! They helped make the claim with the insurance stress free and walked me through what was going on step by step. Iâ d like to give a big thank you and shout out to Kostsas, Raphael, Alfredo, and Mr. Robb for being very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process! I appreciate all of the hard work put into it all and the roof and gutters look great! Raphael is who I really dealt with the most and what a huge help to the entire process he was! He especially knew how to get things moving in the right direction quickly. His demeanor towards everything was positive and made sure to get everything submitted when he had received correct information. He even asked for it when he hadnâ t received information to keep things progressing. He was easy to talk to on the phone and definitely has the customers best interest at hand. So, thank you all again! Iâ ll recommend PACC SOLUTIONS to anyone looking to do roofing, siding, and gutter projects!

The craftsmanship and experience of the crew was incredible. They were very experienced people however the customer service and communication from PACC could have been a lot better.
