PACC Solutions did a great job of replacing my roof, when they first came out to inspect my roof and discover that some of the shingles was damaged. They contacted my insurance company and kept me informed of each step, including working around my schedule.

We had Pacc Solutions replace our old aluminum siding with vinyl. They clearly explained the process and our options as this was our 1st insurance claim. They were always prompt and courteous. Great experience from start to finish. PACC Solutions communicated the entire way through the process. They handled the insurance company with ease and were there to answer all questions without delay. On install day they were extremely efficient and the clean up was marvelous. They are the best company to take the stress away for this process. I would highly recommend.

PACC was very professional and handled all aspects of the job including all communications/negotiations with my insurance company. The end result was exactly as they described at the beginning. The process was rather lengthy (which they predicted), but that was mostly due to the response time of my insurance company. PACC was always responsive to my questions and the actual roof repair part of the experience was completed in one day with an unbelievably efficient crew!

They did a wonderful job on my roof. Very pleased with their work. It was also very nice to see that my landscaping was left in tact.

My experience with Mr J Hernandez started the ball rolling and from their he and mr Alfredo brought our roofing problem to an end by their being there and dealing with the insurance company they kept in constant contact with us and advised us they were advocates for US.the they went back to work and then they notified us as soon as they had gotten the insurance. I they called and sent their crew out to finish the job.mr Hernandez & mr Alfredo were dead on they came by to check on the workers who were wonderful themselves which gave us a very pleasurable experience.I rate them as a 5 star operation and would recommend them(as I have already done to my neighbor)fantastic from start to finish and the work was done when they state amount of time from start to finish..

Everything was completed in a timely manner..love that they deal with the insurance company ..I would definitely recommend them to other in need..
