PACC Solutions did a good job managing our project. We are happy with the roof, and gutters. Also had gutter guards installed and so far this fall seem to be doing the job of keeping leaves out of the gutters. Overall happy with the service received.

PACC worked extremely hard to get full roof replaced. Insurance was difficult with my claim, but their team kept trying until they got my claim fully approved. The Roof looks great. The interior touch ups also were great. Everyone I came into contact with during this process was exceptional. Thanks to all!

For roof replacement, PACCS solution is the greatest! They did ALL the leg work when it came to working with my insurance company. There was an initial hiccup with getting the approval, but the PACCS administrators worked with my insurance and got the approval completed. I now have a beautiful sturdy roof! I would also like to thank the workers for doing a great job with removal and cleanup of the work area. Not a nail left behind! And I no longer have fears of when it rains that I have to have a pan in my front window to catch rain water. (ugh) Thank you PACCS for my beautiful roof and my peace of mind.
