Great communication until the job was scheduled. Weather played a factor in having to reschedule the work but the day/time was never relayed until the crew arrived to do the work. Overall the roof and gutters look great. Once on-site the work was completed quickly.

The process from start to finish was probably a bit longer than I thought, but I have never had to deal with an insurance claim before.

PACC solution did a great job from working directly with my insurance company through all the inspections, materials and approval processes as well as replacing the roof and siding. The job was done to my satisfaction, the only thing I would Like them to improve on is quick communication with any changes. They do that by email but sometimes it is best to speak to someone directly. Overall they did a great job. Thanks to the team.
