James has been very responsive about any issues that we have had (not very many, but first time we've done this, so we needed a bit of help)
"I was waiting for my tree guy to look at he trees that needed to be removed. Mr. [Members Name] contacted me and told me they had made arrangements with another tree company and to just send him my end of the proposal. I sent it to him the next day. His wife contacted me several days later and said the other company had fallen through and to send my tree guy out to look at the trees. I contacted him to get me a quote and was told he would look at it in a few days. The next thing I know, I have been given a bad review for something that I have no control over. Seems strange to give someone such a short deadline for a quote in a busy time of year. I gave the homeowners my price for the work that I was going to be doing. I have no control over the response time of the tree company that I requested a bid from. The entire time frame from the initial couseltation and my estimate was less than 2 weeks. Then I was given 5 days from when tree request was made until this terrible review was written. This review has no merit and should be removed due to homeowners lack of patients. I explained to the [Members Name] family that it was an extremely busy time of year and to give me some time to get everything together. They were an extreme inpatient family."
