How often do you greet a service provider at the door as they serenade you to "Mary Poppins' Chim Chim Cheree" , top hat and all? AWESOME!!!! This gentleman is an extremely fair and honest provider who could have charged me more but didn't. We bought a home in which the fireplace had never been used, no cleaning necessary except for a few cob webs, so he only charged us for the dryer vent clean out which is a long pipe from center of house, all the way out to the side. He actually apologized or not being able to pick all the lint out of the grass when he was done. There was hardly any on the ground! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
