From start to finish this company was top notch the installers went above and beyond to make sure that the installation of the floor went flawlessly I would recommend this company to anyone is looking to have new flooring or replacement flooring installed into their home

They did a great job and were flexible enough to complete the job over two days. They were professional and showed up early!

The scheduling and the work and materials were great. But do not expect their customer service to ever get back to you with any questions or answers. Even our salesperson could not get help from them! They should call them Customer DisService.

Their staff needs to be trained on how to do work properly.

Salesman was great & not pushy at all. Very helpful. Only thing that concerned me was they sent the installer by himself & he didnâ t speak English too well at all. Was pretty hard to communicate, but he was a hard worker! Loving my floor.

Really friendly service all around, and fast. I'm even happier with the flooring than I expected, it looks great.

I would recommend staying away from this company. They are unprofessional, the installers are not on time, they make promises they do not fulfill, and they required the payment in full before they would start the work. They started the job that was supposed to be a 2 day job and here we are 3 months later and it is still not complete.

Never pay your deposit from your checking account, always use a credit card to protect your investment. They are trying keep $1250 of my money even when I cancelled legally.

We had the floors done in preparation for sale of the house. The work was fantastic and everybody that looked at the home loved them. Home remained in the market less than 48 hours thanks to their professional work.

Very happy with my new floors. Very friendly and accommodating. Able to schedule installation right away. 1 con: Had to remind installers to adjust door heights so they would open and close properly.

The salesperson and installers were very professional. I am pleased with the work overall. They worked quickly and the flooring looks great. Keep in mind that if you have pets, you need to be aware that the installers will keep the front door open throughout the installation.

Saleman was a jerk after he made the sale. Had an attitute and unprofessional. I am till waiting for Empire to complete the work and its been three weeks since installation. what kind of service is that?

the price was over what i expect got the job done but not that happy.

Polite workmen but left after grouting. White haze everywhere. Took three days for acid washing to complete job. I guess they thought they were done but it looked like a dusty warehouse.

I loved the quality and the professional service

I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next.

The work is good and I like that it's all inclusive. But it was far more expensive than I expected. Where was the 50% discount?

The actual work performed was satisfactory, however the pricing as well as the customer service thereafter was the WORST. If I had to do it again, I would Not use Empire Today. Rebate/Discount that was promised did not come until i had to reach their corporate headquarters myself (4 times), after calling their local office 6 times over a month with zero reply via emails or phone from their ocal office. The contract folks who actually performed the job were excellent. I have the upmost respect for them.

Empire Today is just a super overpriced middleman. I learned after my installation that I could have bought the flooring materials myself and hired a contractor (which is what Empire Today does) and saved thousands of dollars. When I made the appointment with ET I was told that they were having a buy one room get all other rooms 50% off. It turns out that to qualify for that special price I get a choice of one of each type of flooring, so there is really no choice. The choices are the ugliest possible options so no one will want them. The installers were very courteous and professional. The only complaint I have with them is that they did not square the quarter rounds in several places. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I signed off on the work and they left. So I am stuck with repairs. I love my new floors, they are gorgeous. I just wish I had done the research before calling Empire Today. My friend had flooring just as beautiful installed recently. He was smart. He called an independent contractor who was able to tell him what materials to buy then hired the contractor for installation. He had more square footage but it literally cost him a quarter of what I paid. So overall, beautiful floors, a very nice salesman, but paid way too much.

Very straight forward process from begining to end. Only drawback is that they carry a limited selection/quality of products. In our case, laminate flooring although it has a lifetime warranty. Time will tell!

Installers were very good, but hindered by poor customer service from both the high pressure and misleading salesman and the total lack of honesty by the office. Never use or recommend them to anyone.
