Sales person was helpful. Installers were somewhat unprofessional and did some minor damage to floor boards and doors. They came late. No notification of eta. I had to call to inquire if they were going to come at all. They need to do a better job of screening these workers.

My salesperson was top-notch! The installers were timely, cleaned up, but did not take the level of care I expected. They moved the furniture (we did pay extra for that) but did not take attention to what rooms they moved furniture from. They consider gouges taken out of trim and dents in walls normal when installing carpets. And made every attempt to claim the damage was there when they arrived. Only changed their story when I provided picture proof.

The representative that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. 2 installers showed up on time and they installed carpet in 3 bedrooms and hallway and they were very efficient and timely and cleaned up when they were done. Carpet looks great!

This company is just out to make money and has poor customer service and subs out their work. If the sub doesnt complete the work they don't get paid. They installed flooring and told us when finished that the floor was not flat and there is nothing that could be done to make it flat or even. Now they only want to fix a small portion of the floor when the entire floor needs to be replaced. This is two months later and they are not cheap. Do not hire this company. Check Better Business Bur 524 complaints this past year and I wish I checked sooner.

They did everything, all documents, online. They came with samples which are only items made for Empire. Very efficient with one error, they didnâ  t calculate the right amount of product needed. Electronic vs real tape measure. But all was corrected.
