Jan gave 110% to make sure that all the work was completed. He worked exceptionally hard in a very difficult situation. Both units have stacked laundry units that are in utility closets with limited work room. I had already hired 1 company that came out and said they wouldn't do it and my neighbor had the same experience. Jan completed the work required and recommended some needed improvements. Cost indicated is per unit. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Really great job. We got the $99 deal and he spent almost 2 hours cleaning our dryer and the vent all the way out to the outside. He also reconfigured the ducts to make it more efficient and resealed the gas connection because he suspected a leak. A very helpful and nice man. Only issue was he did not email me as Angie's list promised and did not respond to my email, but picked up right away when I called (about a week later) and scheduled for the next day. So pick up the phone and don't rely on emails in this case...

The work went very well and we are happy with everything done. Mr. Wildman initially had a family emergency and had to cancel our original appointment. However, as he called to cancel he explained the circumstances to us and promised to stay in close touch (if we wanted him to still do the work). We appreciated him being straightforward with the situation. And I think I got that from some of the previous Angie's List reviews, but actually experiencing it was an added bonus. He did stay in touch (several calls) until he was able to schedule and come out (1 week later). When he came out, of course he finished the work. But he also took the time to explain everything happening with the dryer vent. Mr Wildman also enlightened me on dryer settings I wasn't taking advantage of and made some suggestions regarding the hot water tank. This was not to increase his business, since he doesn't service those items, but simply to pass along useful information which he had been exposed. Despite spending much more time patiently explaining things to me, he only charged me for the time servicing the dryer. Mr Wildman, thank you.

I could not have been happier with the service I received. Jan Wildman is a professional who takes great pride in his work and makes sure that the customer understands what needs to be done. He was not only clean and neat inside the house, he also left the outside area near the exhaust free of any lint! I had the dryer vent cleaned as a first step in trying to figure out why the dryer worked but did not blow warm air. I did need to replace a dryer part. When the repairman came, he asked for the name of the company that cleaned the vent so that he could refer customers to them. He said he had never seen such a beautiful job. Thank you, Jan!!! The cleaning job was worth every penny!!

The work was completed thoroughly and professionally. While the purchased service was for dryer vent cleaning, the technician also cleaned the areas behind and under the dryer and washer. The cost was almost half of what ABT quoted us for dryer vent cleaning. We would not hesitate to use again.
