We do offer a yearly home shield membership which is $239.40 a year and includes a variety of discounts and services. The membership includes: a 10 point home inspection, 15% off sewer repairs, 10% off plumbing repairs, no extra charge for after hour services, free video inspection of sewer line, gallon drain clean out, and preferred scheduling. The best in town is just a phone call away!

Replaced hot water line to kitchen sink, re-routed lines and installed new taps to basement washer to allow larger machine to fit into existing space.

They returned me call to set up the appt. time. He came within the time he said, and called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He was polite and helpful. He gave me an estimate for the work before he started. He had the replacement part in his truck, so it cost less. It could have taken up to more than an hour to finish, but the work was completed in about 20 minutes. He replaced a part on the bathtub faucet. It was expensive considering the time it actually took him, but the work could have taken him much longer. Everything works great !

Came in from out of town reset appointment twice , and I had to call back twice to confirm, finally after 4:30 for an 11 am appt I had to keep calling then way overcharged for repair which I declined and then attempted to upcharge me to a new toilet had hired elsewhere

Their customer service is superb. The damage was extensive, but the plumber took his time to ensure that the job was done right. He worked long hours and arranged his schedule to come back to the home to finish the job. I will recommend Reliance to others.
