My only problem was it literally took from 830 to almost 4p to finish what I was informed previously as a 2 to 3 hour job. The workers were very nice but they had to go back to the shop 2x because of parts or items they didn't have

I asked for bids for this pretty minor job from 5 different plumbing companies and Reliance was by far the most prompt, professional, and confidence-building. They solved my immediate problem efficiently and gave me a range of options for other long term projects Iâ d like to do. They were sensitive to my budget, and the plumbers who came to do the work were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them again.

I had my hot water heater replaced by Joshua and Juan of Reliance Plumbing. They were neat in their work , covering my new carpeting with clean tarps, and were polite and courteous. I will certainly refer them to all my neighbors and friends.

I would and have recommended reliance plumbing to family and friends. I wanted to add a bathroom to my basement. I got three bids for the job and Reliance was competitive. I chose Reliance because I have used them exclusively for my plumbing work for several years. I had an awesome bathroom install done by them. They took two small rooms and built me a beautiful bathroom. I liked that I had the option to have them provide all fixtures and tile or let me purchase what I wanted. I chose to buy my own items. They had a specialty crew for each aspect of the job. Electricians for the electrical work, different plumbing crews to do the different plumbing jobs, and a carpenter for other non-plumbing items (framing, vanity install, towel bars, mirror, etc.) Each member or the team was polite, professional and did a great job. I must give extra recognition to Scott Scrivner the carpenter. He was meticulous with all his work. He made sure everything was done to perfection. He made me aware of any issues and we discussed how I wanted them handled. Unfortunately, during the install my sewer started backing up, not at all related to the work they were doing. We hadn't had the line cleaned out in over four years. I called and they sent a crew out within hours to try to clear the line. It turned out not to be a simple tree root or clog, but a serious issue preventing proper drainage. George Rivera, who is most knowledgeable about all plumbing issues, gave me a very detailed explanation with camera footage about the problem. Great company.

The plumber they sent was here on time, and was very nice to deal with. He gave me my pricing options, and helped me work out a plan to fix my drain and some other problems. He was experienced and a real professional. He fixed my toilet drain problem and made some other agreed on fixes. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely call Reliance Plumbing when I need a plumber again.

Came out the same day and cleared a clogged sewer drain that was causing water to back up into the house. Johnny was great!
