the person called and showed up as planned. He installed a water heater, but didn't have much to say about the situation. I asked for a heater, and he brought one. I think I wanted something different, but the one I have is okay. All in all, a good job, just not very helpful a person.

I had someone come out and change the bathtub faucet's stem because it was leaking and it was an older building so they couldn't find right one at first. He came back another day and went out to a store to find the right part. In the end he fixed it but it cost $280.00 to change the bathtub faucet stem. I don't know enough about plumbing to know if this is a good price or not but at least it's fixed.

They came to our house to give us a free quote to fix a leaky pipe in the basement. The price was reasonable and better than our previous plumber. He was freindly and very honest.

They showed up a little late and the dispatcher claimed she called my cell phone, which she didn't but this seems to be the norm with all contractors. Keith was very friendly and showed more interest and took a deeper look into my plumbing problems than did the previous plumber from another company. In the end, he fixed my problem in one toilet, installed another in a timely fashion. Price was a little high but the job was done well.

They called immediately and came the same day for an estimate. Their price was much lower than other estimates I'd received which caused some concern but we decided to take a chance. They arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. We had our dryer moved to the opposite wall in our laundry room so they had to move the gas line and reconfigure the dryer vent. We'll call them first for any subsequent plumbing work.

He tried to light the pilot on the water heater and held the button down too long and the excess gas exploded. He said that it was probably the flue that was stopped up. He didn't charge us for the call.

The contractor delivered in a timely manner with a trustworthy crew and kept me informed at every step of the process. Mistakes or areas requiring clarification were handled professionally and promptly without debate. I would use this contractor in the future but only after negotiating a better than quoted price, which they did.

The plumber replaced a leaking faucet, but had no answer for why my pipes made a moan sound when we ran cold water.

They sent 2 men to resolve the problem. They repaired 3 issues and left. That evening (about 3 hours later) there was a puddle again. They returned after my call and found the problem and resolved it. They were courtious and helpful. They somewhat cleaned before departing. But I was not happy to miss work and my employer was not happy I missed work for the retun call. I feel if they had checked this the first day the return was not necessary. After wiping it the second day he had water instantly. I had already arranged the first visit on my day off. They were somewhat on time.
