Preferred Garage Door Repair

Very professional,, diagnosed problem with jammed garage door, communicated to me so I can easily understand, and repaired the door the same day. I will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

I hit my garage door from onside while backing out and there was a gap between my lowest panel and the one above it after that. I had another service provider quote this repair first. It was a larger company. The tech onsite seemed OK but you could tell he did not have a ton of experience. He consulted with his manager and said they can only replace either the panel or the whole door. I did not really just want to replace a panel because I knew it would look different from the rest of the door. So, I decided to keep looking for a repair service. I called Preferred Garage Door next. John said he can come out and do the best he can. He thought he could get it to look better but was not sure how much exactly, which was certainly understandable. He arrived on time, did an awesome job, and charged me a very reasonable fee. The door actually looks as good as new now. I would absolutely call John again if I have any other garage door needs.
