"I KNOW IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING WHEN SOMEONE SHOWS UP WITHOUT THE PROPER MATERIAL. WE TRY TO CARRY AS MANY PARTS ON OUR VANS AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER WE CANNOT ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED. THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF 220 VOLT OUTLETS (RECESSED TYPE OR SURFACE MOUNT TYPE) WITH DIFFERENT AMPERAGES, WHICH DEPENDS ON THE SPECS OF YOUR DRYER, AND DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS OF OUTLETS DEPENDING ON THE CONFIGURATION OF THE PLUG A DRYER HAS. ESPECIALLY WITH A LOT OF THE NEWER DRYERS, WE FIND MANY DIFFERENT SCENARIOS. AGAIN, WE TRY TO CARRY AS MANY ITEMS AS WE CAN - IN THIS CASE UNFORTUNATELY WE DID NOT HAVE THE OUTLET YOUR DRYER NEEDED AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSED. "WE TRY TO RESPOND TO EACH ESTIMATE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IN THE CASE OF A GENERATOR ESTIMATE, THEY GET VERY INVOLVED AND REQUIRE QUITE A BIT OF TIME TO DEVELOP THE PRICE. WE NEED A LIST OF EQUIPMENT THAT A CUSTOMER WANTS ON THE GENERATOR AND WE NEED TO LAY OUT THE ELECTRICAL THAT NEEDS TO BE REWORKED AND WIRED INTO THE EMERGENCY PANEL. REGARDLESS, I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT GETTING YOU A COST FOR THIS PROJECT. OUR WORK LOAD WAS QUITE HEAVY AT THE TIME OF YOUR ESTIMATE AND THEN ONLY BECAME MORE SO AFTER THE STORM HIT HERE IN AUGUST. WE WE INUNDATED WITH EMERGENCIES FROM PEOPLE WITHOUT ELECTRICAL SERVICE, ETC. AND HAVE SPENT THE LAST MONTH GETTING PEOPLE BACK ON TRACK. WE WERE ALSO INUNDATED WITH CALLS FOR GENERATOR ESTIMATES AND WERE TRYING TO GIVE PEOPLE AN IDEA OVER THE PHONE OF WHAT COSTS THEY MIGHT BE LOOKING AT TO INSTALL ONE. GENERATORS ARE QUITE EXPENSIVE AND WE WANTED PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT UPFRONT SO AS NOT TO WASTE ANYONES TIME. IT WAS NOT MY INTENTION TO MAKE YOU FEEL IGNORED OR THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN YOU OR YOUR ESTIMATE. RESPECTFULLY - JOHH LAUER"
