Response from Degabli Restoration & Construction
"...We do appreciate any review even when they are not good . However , [Member Name Removed] has made some false statements that we feel should be replied to and not ignored. We do not ever and did not ever state that this would be 100% covered by his insurnace. We have no way of confirming what everyones policy states so this is untrue. Our agreement that [Member Name Removed] reviewed & signed states that. We did charge his credit card that is true both the deposit & as per our credit card authorization form that he signed states if he does receive payment from his carrier which he did in full and refuses payment we have the right to charge his card. We where well with in our rights to charge his card as the money he received was sent to him in good faith that he would pay the vendor who saved his home. He is not to profit from an insurance claim. We did try to collect from him for about 120 days. We where with in our rights to do so. What he wanted was for us to do a job and not get paid. He wanted to profit from his insurance loss. He protested this twice with his credit card company & and we won both rounds. Not only did he sign off his carrier emailed us the total amount that they where paying him and that was the amount that we charged not a penny more. We never at anytime broke or damaged anything in the the mans home if we did we would have been honorable and would have taken care of it. We where professional, polite and responsive to his needs."

We had a new a/c unit installed and it caused a leak in our basement. Having a flood is a very disturbing experience. Arie Degabli came out the day I called. He surveyed the scene, gave me suggestions and a proposal, and set up a time to start drying out our basement.
Arie was incredibly reassuring. He and his crew were very professional. Arie clearly knew his stuff. Floor coverings were used from my front door to the basement to make sure that the equipment didn't damage our floor. He set up a barrier to keep the moisture contained. There were humidifiers and fans working for about two days to make sure that there was no moisture and therefore no mold. Some furniture was inside the barrier, and he was able to get most of it completely dry. When the work was done, all traces of the equipment was gone. He checked back at least once each day to see how the drying process was progressing. I always thought that if you had water, you just needed to set up a couple of fans, and everything was fine. I now realize that that never would have been enough.

I am in the property management business. When we have an emergency situation like a flood, we have to have someone that is reliable and responsive. I can get them on the phone any time and they are immediatly responsive. I had one emergency involving over 100 residents. Within 2 1/2 hours, they were on site and ready to work! They are competitive and professional. I know that they will always exceed their promises and our expectations. Their prices are competitive as well. We have called them in to give us a proposal on a job. They will counter with an option to do what we need, but do it in a way that saves us money!

Degabli Fire and Flood showed up within an hour of my initial phone call. They provided the estimate quickly, and worked with my insurance agency very well. My wife was pregnant at the time, and I really appreciated their quick work. Most importantly, the quality of their work is extraordinary. My basement looked beautiful before the flood, and it looks just as good now because of their service. Overall, they made process as painless as process.
