Description of Work: Performed mold remediation and repair after sky light leak. Very professional. Had a small roof leak this week and he was here in two hours. returned following 2 days and again today even though it was a family celebration weekend.

Description of Work: We had a water heater leak in the basement that caused mold in the walls. They came out, remediated, & fixed the burst in just a few days.

Description of Work: We had flooded in our home and needed cleanup services. Degabli were available so we used them. There were different components in dealing with Degabli: |1. The owner, Ariyeh, is very knowledgeable, nice, and instills confidence. However, some of the people he put on the job for us were brand new to the business, did not communicate with us, did unnecessary things (i.e. told us our wall mounted, big screen tv was ruined and they were taking it until we stopped them. The tv worked fine and is still working great today, the water was nowhere near the tv). Some other examples can be given, but I don't want this review to get too long. | |2. This was a job that was going to be covered by insurance. We were assured that there would be no costs above what the insurance company would reimburse us for. I cannot get into too much detail here, except that it turned out not to be true. While we were trying to work out the charges, Degabli charged our credit card for their balance without our approval (their paperwork allows them to charge a customer's credit card, however, we were assured verbally, before they started work on our home, that the credit card would only be used for the required deposit). | |3. The office is unresponsive and unprofessional. I know they were very busy since our area was even declared a disaster due to flooding, but it took many phone calls, texts, and e-mails from me to finally (after a few weeks) get the information I needed from them (final bill, photos, estimate to rebuild). This was information we needed for the insurance company. | |We ended up using another contractor for the rebuild.

Description of Work: Our basement flooded. We used Degabli Fire and Flood to dehumidify and clean out our basement.

Description of Work: Most recently they did an exterior painting job for an industrial building. In the past I have used them to completely gut and renovate our condominium in downtown Chicago. That job was about 5 or 6 years ago and was around $350,000. They have also provided flood mediation services on a client condominium project on the north side of Chicago. This particular one was a 9 story mid rise. There was pipe damage that caused flooding throughout the building. That project was about $140,000. We had an office building in Merriville, IN that was vacant and flooded from frozen pipes. They remediated the mold and water damage. That was approx $300,000. They rebuild the entire office for another $300,000. They have also done a small renovation of a bathroom, painting smaller areas, and other smaller projects.

Description of Work: My tri-level house was flooded, and Degabli Fire & Flood took care of everything. This included furniture, flooring, and walls.
