Car Pretty

My wife brought her 2007 Pontiac G6 for full service (interior and exterior) auto detailing last Tuesday 9-6-16. Picked up the car after business hours. The floor carpeting (not mats) was saturated like a sponge. Water would squish out when stepping down. More importantly, the over-saturation may have burned out the air bag sensor(s), wiring or connections located under seats or carpeting. Air bag warning light no longer shuts off. Have attempted to phone and text management each of the last two days following service but they have made no attempt to reply to date. Car Pretty apparently doesn't want to take responsibility for any such possible damage and face up to subsequent repair expenses. The auto detailing cost only $65.00 as a promotional price brought through Groupon but repair from damages to the air bag control system could likely escalate into the hundreds of dollars. Furthermore, potential loss if the air bag system fails deploy in an accident could be even more costly. Car Pretty's lack of prompt responsiveness to this critical issue is irresponsible.

I brought in my 11 year old car that was sorely in need of cleaning. I had almost never cleaned it, so I wasn't expecting much, but what I got back was an excellent surprise: remarkable attention was paid to every nook and cranny of my vehicle, the upholstery was as good as new, and it all happened in about 4 hours.

I've used them twice now, using a discount coupon. I'll use again in future. They do a great job!

Bought a coupon through Living Social. Incredible job!! My car looks brand new. I waited for my SUV and it was done in about two hours!! I was expecting at least 3. The owner, Joe was very personable and was everywhere making sure customers were happy. I'd recommend them and go back without hesitation.

Simply put, this was nothing more that a very very expensive and bad car wash. Overall, this was easily one of my 5 worst spending mistakes in the last 10 years. Since I had recently had my other car detailed at a different place, it was easy to do a direct comparison.
I used a $150 Groupon coupon and paid additional $25 for a SUV. They kept the car all day (dropped off at 9 AM, picked up at 6 PM) even though they told me they would call me within 3-4 hours when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, everyone except one person was gone. My SUV was not very clean(i.e. bugs still on front bumper), the floor mats were wet (water pooled in the grooves) and the inside windows and outside mirros looked as if someone had purposely smeared them.
My advice if you are thinking about using these guys is to make sure you check out ALL the reviews particularly the ones the owner seems to be able to bury (under the guise of 'filtering') and then make your decision. My experience was far from unique.

It did take a while to get my car in to be servicesd. The car does look as good as new. They did an outstanding job
