The entire team did a great job. Provided thoughtful recommendations on what to do and identified problems with my new home's piping, I wouldn't have seen. They had some problems installing the water heater, and at 5 pm sent for another technician to come help. I was grateful, they just didn't give up for the day. Problem didn't even end up being their issue , my outlet was wired improperly. I bought very high end systems and received great service.

The work and cleanup was very good. But the diagnosis turned out to be wrong. Next rain storm resulted in more water. Chimney needs repair. Not sure if they ''should'' have caught it; the original guy who diagnosed the leak seemed to know his plumbing well. So I'll rate quality at ''B'' since an ''A'' outfit might have thought to check the chimney.

I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE OFFICE BASED ON THE COUPON IN ANGIE'S LIST NEWSLETTER. I MENTIONED THE COUPON FOR $25 OFF SHE SAID TO SHOW IT TO THE WORKER WHEN HE ARRIVED. (I HAD OTHER COUPONS FOR $25 OFF MAINTENANCE AND THOUGHT THEY WERE PRICE COMPETITIVE.) THE SOONEST THEY COULD TAKE MY APPOINTMENT WAS ONE MONTH LATER. THE APPOINTMENT TIME WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BETWEEN 12-4PM. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AT 3:45PM ASKING WHERE HE WAS, NO ONE HAD HEARD FROM THE GUY. THE OFFICE CALLED ME BACK AT 4:15 TO SAY HE WOULD ARRIVE IN 15-20 MINUTES. HE SHOWED UP ONE HOUR LATER AT 5:15PM. HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON SAYING IT WAS A MAINTENANCE CALL NOT A SERVICE CALL. THEN HE HAD THE NERVE TO OFFER ANOTHER PACKAGE: TWO VISITS FOR THE PRICE OF $150. I DECLINED.

BRAND NEW HEATER BROKE DOWN 4 TIMES!!!!!! CAME OUT TO FIX SAME DAY OF PHONE CALL. FINALLY DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS INSTALLED COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!! FIXED IT AND I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. I AM, HOWEVER, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE INITIAL QUALITY OF WORK AND THAT IT TOOK SO LONG TO DISCOVER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, AS THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY. HOWEVER, THEY DID STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND FIX THE PROBLEM.

THE HUMIDIFIERS WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT THE NEW THERMOSTATS THAT CAME WITH THEM. THE INSTALLER PUT BACK MY OLD THERMOSTATS. THE INSTALLERS PERSONAL GROOMING LEFT A GREAT DEAL TO BE DESIRED! THE MANAGER WAS INDEED HONORABLE AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT THE INSTALLER HAD DONE. HE, AS WELL AS I, FELT THAT I HAD PAID FOR THE NEW THERMOSTATS AND I SHOULD HAVE HAD THEM. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND ARE VERY RESPONSIVE IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS. WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE NEW BOILER THEY WORKED WITH US TO SCHEDULE IT DURING SOME THE FEW WARM DAYS WE HAD IN DECEMBER. THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION CREW WERE GENUINELY CONCERNED IN GETTING THE JOB DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH OUT SACRIFICING QUALITY. THEY WENT ALL OUT TO GET THE JOB DONE WELL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE WERE VERY COMMUNICATIVE AND GAVE US FREQUENT AND REALISTIC UPDATES ON THEIR PROGRESS AND WHEN OWNERS/RESIDENTS CAME DOWN TO SEE THE JOB THEY ANSWERED QUESTIONS PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH GOOD HUMOR. UPON COMPLETION THEY LEFT THE AREA CLEANER THAN IT WAS. WE WILL USE THEM FOR SERVICING AND ANY OTHER NEEDS WE HAVE FROM NOW ON.
