Description of Work: AA came out to check my furnace and be sure it's ready for the winter season. They did a great job and since I was in the market for a new HVAC service provider I am thrilled to say that I set them up to come out for a annual check of AC and HV.

Description of Work: Product, information was good, they were just 25% higher then exact comparison of another major national brand and contractor. They did offer a $250 discount which still had them higher by $1250.

DAVID W. WAS A GREAT SERVICE PERSON WHO WAS POLITE AND LEFT NO MESS BEHIND. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. ON THE MORE EXPENSIVE SIDE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
Description of Work: FURNACE STOPPED WORKING CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING WHEN IT WAS 18 DEGREES OUTSIDE. PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITH A SERVICE TIME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHICH THEY DID (ABOUT 20 MINUTES). CALLED ME WHEN THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON THE WAY. ARRIVED BY 10AM, COMPLETED JOB BY 11:30. QUICKLY DETERMINED TWO CAUSES FOR THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED BOTH AS WELL AS DOING GENERAL SERVICE ON THE GAS FURNACE. WAS EXPENSIVE BECAUSE OF OVERTIME. TECHNICIAN ALSO MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT A BETTER HUMIDIFIER WHICH THEY INSTALLED AT A LATER DATE AND AIR QUALITY IS MUCH BETTER.

THIS PROBLEM WAS NOT IDENTIFIED BY AA SERVICE/SHAVITZ/BLUE DOT. AA SERVICE SOLD ME A NEW THERMOSTAT STATING THIS WAS THE PROBLEM, THEN WHEN THAT DIDN'T WORK, THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW REGULATOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS NICE, BUT TALKED A LOT AND THE FINAL RESULT IS THAT I HAVE A NEW THERMOSTAT AND MY PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. NOTHING AND I SPENT $150. THE SERVICEMAN WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE, PROMISED TO RETURN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS TO CHECK BUT NEVER DID. FOUR SEASONS CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT QUICKLY. THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY ARRIVED WHICH I APPRECIATED. VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS.

BILL, THE SALESMAN/ESTIMATOR, WAS VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT AND SERVICES. THIS PROJECT INVOLVED A LOT OF CONSIDERATIONS AND WE EVENTUALLY CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. HOWEVER, I WOULD CALL AA SERVICE CO. AGAIN IF THE NEED AROSE, BECAUSE IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
