Everything has gone very well. They are very responsive, and their technicians are wonderful-we have actually had the same technician the whole time that we have used them. We have been very happy with him.

They show up on time. They do quality work. They are very reliable and are great at explaining exactly what they are doing. They show up pretty quick for emergencies as well.

Setting up the appointment was convenient. Scheduler was very polite and professional. Window of time scheduled was confirmed and met. Would definitely use again.

I am comfortable having Bob work in my home. He has been here before, and I like to have someone who is familiar with all my equipment and my history. So I am glad that they will schedule the same technician. Bob works efficiently, and is good about explaining exactly what he is doing and what the charges are for.

They call and give reminders to clean your furnace or Air conditioning. We always get the same workers which is nice. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

They have incredibly friendly service men, they never try to up-sell you. They were efficient and timely. They were very helpful in calling and reminding me about and making any appointments.

This is a great company to use for on-going maintenance needs. Each fall, we call them just to look over the furnaces to make sure everything is running right. The maintenance agreement ensures that even if your furnace stops working at an inconvenient time like a weekend or a holiday, we would not have to pay an extra labor fee. This company is very fair and professional.

The whole process was very easy and they were able to answer all of my questions. They were on time and finished on time. They were professional and hard working as well. They are an awesome company because they are so personable and hard working.

Excellent job. Came on time, finished the same day ahead of schedule, you could not tell that they were there. We have now slept so well in the unit since we moved in. Well worth the money. Great follow up.

They did a good job for me and are really considerate. They wear shoe covers, and their technicians are knowledgeable. I had a little trouble with their service last time. They had to come out a few times to get it taken care of. They didnt hesitate to get things taken care of.

Went very well. The biggest problem was the minimum service call but he used the extra time to review some more things and make a recommendation about replacing our water heater.

I requested cleaning by an experienced technician for my two furnaces which were in good operating condition. When the technician arrived, I questioned whether he was knowledgeable about this older furnace. He assured me that he was. Following cleaning the furnace, the technician was unable to restart it. After a significant amount of time, he needed to replace one part for $300 plus labor. Shortly after the technician left, the furnace would not turn on. The same man returned. After another significant amount of time trying to figure out what he had done to the furnace, there was another part that needed to be ordered. I authorized this order. There was no notation on the invoices that this was a good functioning furnace before the technician arrived and did the cleaning. When I complained to the supervisor, he caused more problems. Finally the thermostat was replaced; the furnace worked again. For parts/labor I paid over $2000 instead of $79. I had been a customer for years.

The annual cleanings have been excellent. The technicians wear booties in the house, a nice touch, and they explain everything in detail. They are patient with questions. Service for problems seems a bit less reliable, probably because we have the "cheap" contract--there is an expensive deluxe version that gets you better service. We had a serious hot water heater leak that was dumping hot water all over our basement. I called at 11 PM at night, and no one returned my call until the next morning at 9 AM. By that time, I had called our plumber who had fixed the problem. Basically, the "cheap" contract covers the annual cleanings. I am not sure it valuable for other than that purpose. I understood that I would be paying for the service call, and in my book, they should at least call back promptly when it is an emergency like that, especially when you are a contract customer.

Company did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and made sure drilling and cutting through walls did not result in excess dust to the unit. Overall very pleased with the work. [In retrospect I should have had the company remove (rather than simply plug) ductwork leading from basement to 2nd floor that was no longer needed; and think perhaps company should have recommended this.] Overall very happy with the work.

AA installed my neighbor's Furnace and A/C 2 years ago. They referred AA to myself and another neighbor. Scott offered a $100 discount for coordinating with my neighbor in my building. The service men, led by Michael Joyce, were fast, efficient, friendly and took the time to review how to set me thermostat. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in their work. They also offered a free cleaning and will be coming out next week to service my furnace. I highly recommend them.

I'm on a yearly maintenance contract with them. They respond ASAP to any complaints. Their technician I work with is highly knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. They do the work on my seven rental units.

They are an alright company but once I got around to comparing I found that they were much more expensive than other companies with better ratings. I also discovered through an emergency duct cleaning that they were using incorrectly sized filters that they would bend to fit. Lastly, I tend to be Chicago-centric in my business patriotism and didn't want to use a suburban company unless I had to.

They are neat, clean, honest and good in emergencies.

Very courteous, prompt service. Got 2 other estimates for same furnace, and AA Service's was the best price. Work was done while I was at work, and when I came home there was no dirt left behind. I highly recommend their work.

THEIR SERVICEMEN ARE WONDERFUL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING THE SERVICE CONTRACT. OUR HEAT WENT ON THE FRITZ LAST WINTER ON A SATURDAY AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY WITH NO OVERTIME CHARGES. THEY ARE ALWAYS TREMENDOUSLY THOROUGH WHEN CHECKING THE FURNACE AND A/C. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THIS COMPANY IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH AA SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME OUT ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED THEM. EVERYONE WITH WHOM I DEALT WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR OVERTIME, ALTHOUGH HE HAD TO WORK UNTIL 7:30 P.M. HE EVEN WORE COVERS FOR HIS SHOES WHEN ENTERING THE PREMISES. I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. I EVEN SIGNED UP FOR A YEARLY MAINTENANCE PLAN.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE.

A/c was not completely broken but really struggling. The service man arrived on time, but said the unit was frozen solid and he couldn't do anything until it thawed. He charged me $89 and did nothing. I did not reschedule for them to come back again.
