Description of Work: Replaced a very noisy and inefficient 30 yr old furnace and a/c with new Lennox high efficiency furnace and a/c, also installed whole house humidifier and a new wifi thermostat. |The whole process from estimate to install went very well, they installed the furnace in February which involved running the pvc vent pipes through the floor into the crawl space and then to the outside, the a/c unit was installed a few weeks later when the weather was better, everything has worked very well. |I would recommend Charles McDuffee to anyone that's looking for a hvac contractor

Description of Work: My gas furnace had failed due to a cracked igniter. They responded promptly despite it being the morning of Dec 31. I've been using McDuffee for many years, since I bought the house and replaced the original furnace and A/C.
